Honestly, I think the best way to do this would be to take TFF and split it up- there's roughly 130 different subforums and forums. If we could get some volunteers to just start at the first thread in a forum, skim forward, and slowly but surely make their way through, we could fairly quickly compile a list of specific posts with problems for each forum.
Many forums will go VERY quickly. Some, like the Naruto section, are going to need to be split up more, say one person volunteers to take pages 1-40 of naruto previews.
Once we have a list with links to every post that's missing stuff- and only the posts that are missing stuff, THEN we can start looking at fixing them- otherwise we just keep on going through the same shit over and over again.
And once we have the list it won't take long to fix.
Say we concentrate mostly on Previews subsections (which makes sense to me, other things can be spot fixed as we find them, but being able to say 'everything in previews is fixed' is going to be 98% of the issues solved.)
There's about 24 Previews Sections, plus about 80k posts in lemon that are unsorted and we should probably all check. That adds up to roughly 285,291 posts that need to be checked, with 82k being lemon and 105k being Naruto Previews.
let's say we have only 20 volunteers, that's about 14,264 posts for each person to check, or about 475 pages.
Each page probably is gonna take like 5 seconds to check- you don't need to read it, just check for blank posts or posts with the block in them. 5 seconds is probably way too high, but that puts it at about 39 minutes of checking for each person. Hell, do it over a week or something, anyone can check some posts for 5min a day.
And all that's just with only 20 people. We have SO many damn people, a lot of which would be interested. Each person that volunteers makes it either go faster or lessens the load for everyone.
EDIT: on average, TFF has 61 posts per topic, 30 topics per page, so 8 pages of topics per person.
EDIT2: I'll take Bleach Previews, Book Previews, and Cartoon Previews.
