You have a good point with the charisma thing. 1. How many points do I have left exactly? About the corpse though, 2. would that depend on how rotted the corpse actually is?
1. 5, don't forget that you have to note both sides of: Dex, Con, Wis, and Int. you're currently at:
Strength: 12
Dexterity: 12/12
Constitution: 12/12
Intelligence: 14/16
Wisdom: 14/16
Charisma: 10

if you don't want to min-max, simply put the points you don't feel like using in the lower ?*/? scores

2. i'm gonna rule that wights simply look like highly pale (actually bloodless, their heart has stopped) people, they can still speak Common after all. The only things they really lose on transformations to Wight status are their experiences (i.e. levels) and freedom (Spawn of the Wight that created them).

before i forget, the above noted Heads of their department receive 22 points to distribute and no stat limitation, as well as 20 Skill points with a 10 point limitation.

Sub-captains receive 18 points to distribute with a 6 point limitation, as well as 16 points to distribute. 8 point limitation.

edit: also note that end mission difficulty will determine if and what you increase at "power-up" time. i.e. it was an utter cakewalk because the Head happened to utterly smack down everything in the groups path, means you at best "might" (about 5-10% chance) raise a relevant skill by 1 point depending upon how the head handles it.

:sweat2: I should mention this before i forget again . . . i'll finalize it after i've looked at the techniques, jutsus, and magic some more but chances are the damage rendered by DnD weapons + spells will be halved, maybe even quartered, reasonng:

HP will be:
Con mod. x Dex mod. x 2 = HP
(for those who don't put points into Con or Dex get 1 HP total)
i.e.
0 (standard person so ignore) x 0 (standard person so ignore) = 1/2
1/2 x 2 = 1 HP

0 (ignore) x 1 = 1
1 x = 2 HP

0 (ignore) x2x2 = 4 HP

Chakra Pool will be:
CS x Con x 2

End Jutsu Speed:
HSS + C/HS = Seal Speed

Base learning ability:
both sides of Int and Wis added together
i.e.
Chakra Theory/Intuition (Wis): 2/1(Base Wis mod.)
Chakra/Hand Seals / Arcane Knowledge (Int): 3/2(Base Int mod.)
= 8 in base learning curve

Just wondering how will that stack up to jutsu? Will it deal equal or lesser damage?

Was also wondering if I should just switch to being a mage and increase the schools of magic I can use. The thought behind that is I'm not sure how practical it will be to gather corpses. I still want to cast necromantic spells and everything but I'm not sure whether people in the elemental countries all burn there dead or if they bury some of them.

Especially if you consider why they have hunter nin destroy their missing nin so other people can't get a hold of the body.
