If I could loop Monday, I totally would... wait a minute.
My Gen is at 20, and I need to get to 23 in order to loop.
If I really use EVERY thing I possibly can tonight and have a little luck, I might be able to get to 23 in Gen AND be number 1 ranked on Monday. Which means I could loop as the number one ranked player for the theme.
Or, I could simply make sannin and prepare another run for later. The 250 spar bonus, etc. Hmm.

Sorta happy I chose white eye for all my season one chars now. Researched a bit and found it the quickest way to eliminate most of the theme requirements in one short season
It's definitely less powerful now, but at least I'll only have to deal with the short season. Only trouble I see now is getting the money for a good out on top Season One run.
Would have to apply with Reaper Ryo missions, as White Eye triggers the hidden text and becomes available. I always remember having better luck using White Eye than normal, but that could just be a non-causal relationship and is really the RNG at work.

No, the wording makes it pretty clear it's not a change. There was a further clarification that stated that whiteye is the only thing that works for those. By the way, whiteye is still my favorite. Redeye is pretty much useful for only two things: first, getting sannin, which will only help you once as a redeye. Second, bingoing, which is of no interest to me. In fact, with the new jonin exam change, I'll probably only get into it enough to get hyuk so I can collect apples after I get the two themes. Legacy also does two things: first, a couple extra missions a day. Second, you can use more jutsu before recharging. Since my preference is to avoid jutsu as much as possible, the second is of little concern to me. The extra missions are likely to be used getting the items that whiteye can generally get you a lot faster. The two things that whiteye does are to give you some extra levels on missions, which never hurts, and give you a higher find chance on things. This includes the only higher chance on things like ryo drops. Onc I get all the themes it's whiteye for me all the way.

'Find Bonus' Clarifications: Please note that Jutsu and Abilities that double your bonus to find Items / Ninja do *not* help you trigger Bonus Stamina / Ryo / XP events (being awarded Contracts is also an 'event').

So this is either a net zero for White Eye or a buff. I'm leaning toward a buff, and my personal experience with the RNG only made me think White Eye actually worked like I thought it did. Now it works most certainly like I thought it did....maybe.
