"So how much XP do you get if you don't win?"
I have a feeling that it's level based, someone of a lower level than you gives less than someone of a higher level than you, with a 'Jackpot' if you win againt someone a good 4 levels higher than you. . .
and Vex I'm still waiting for you to add me for sparring.

Where is a reffrence place/ list on where you could possibly meet more allied Ninjas?
What would be the best thing to earn the right? to having your best friend/ allied ninja spend the day with you, so you can learn their Jutsu at half the cost?

Try here.
Keep useing the allie in your team, the more missions you do the more friendship points. Also the fewer people on your team the more points they will get. The fast way is to join a Village with a party house, there you can pay Ryo to for more Friendship points. After you hang out, your friendship points are set back to 0 but for that day you can buy Jutsu they teach at half off, and use any Jutsu that they do during regular missions without having to pay the Chakra cost.
