Hey there,

I'm an on-again/off-again writer (long-time reader) of fan-fiction. I tend to post things (in the various archives and what-not), then read them back through, realise they're bad (or just not as good as I remember them being) and delete them.

I've always felt, kind of, guilty about that (for disappointing readers), so I recently started looking for a place to sound out ideas, find encouragement and so on, and I think I may have found it here. College just finished so I should be able to spent a reasonable amount of time around here, and contribute in whatever little way I can.

I look forward to my stay here (or, that is, I hope never to leave).

Thanks for having me.

I believe it's traditional for me to come in and tell you to go lurk for a few months so you can learn the three things TFF prides itself on.

That, or you may prepare your anus.

Welcome to the crazy club! It's weird not being the newbie anymore. Hopefully you (and the site) will last long enough to feel that way too.
