Hi.

As some of you are aware I hold the domain for TFF.

I had contemplated making it point back towards oTFF for the day but decided against it. Didn't want to be that big of an asshat.

So yeah. Just wanted to post what fate was avoided.

Honestly, I think that sort of thing is never a very good joke.

Now, if you could redesign everything to make it look like it's become a sell-out site, with fake T-shirts with "nTFF" logo and some "Dude bruh"s heads at the top grinning into infinity, with a piece that claims that EA or Mountain Dew now own nTFF....

I probably would have lost my shit... to a minor degree, seeing how goddamn dead oTFF is these days. But it would have given me a chuckle.

Now, selling out nTFF would have had me sending zombie cyborg ninja pirates after you. And no one wants to deal with zombie cyborg ninja pirates, do they? ;)

I vote we don't even do jokes that could lead to oTFF getting traffic.

Seriously, fuck Hawk and his bullshit. I was mostly ambivalent until he came back and reopened registration after we moved and he started deleting posts.

And yes, the sellout thing would be funny, but make it like... FFN buys out TFF. But FFN applies their own rules to TFF... regarding adult material. Poof, lemons gone, bad words censored, new roaming mod team that acts like SpaceBattles is what you should strive for... But it's OK, you can buy shirts!

Also, totally don't do that, because now we all expect it.

Hawk did that? Damn. Just what posts did he delete?

Most of the posts linking people to this new site.

How many more registered users and posts do we have over oTFF now anyways?

So speaking of, we've hit the three year anniversary (holy shit) of TFF a few weeks ago (It was March 20somethingth, I remember because I was actually slammed with midterms or finals while I was doing all of this, and it was a downright terrible idea to do it when I did.)

I think I can hopefully, finally, change my member title. Maybe my signature as well, though it still makes me laugh to this day.

You can rest assured that there doesn't seem to be life left in the old board. Other than PCHeintz's filtered list update, there doesn't appear to have been a post since November of last year.

Surprisingly even DKG and LordRaine have abandoned it.

Although it was March 23 of 2013 when Shirotsume first posted over there about the move, it seems just like yesterday.

It really does. I can still remember the shock I felt when I opened my email and found the message informing me about the move, and my new temp password... T'was a sad day.

Still, nTFF is blooming, far more active than oTFF, and a lot of fun. I have no regrets, either about joining TFF in the first place or about the move.

You crazy bastards make me laugh. :)

It's actually the 2nd anniversary, not the 3rd.

I go with the 24th as the founding date, anyways, given that this topic was made on the 24th (that and it's my birthday)

Haha, that topic reminds me that the lot of you are the single most unsubtle group ever. So glad we got permission for lemon forum, because you guys are absolutely godawful at keeping secrets :p
