During the summer before 4th year but before Harry goes to the Weasley. Harry ends up in the TV world. Only to be rescued by the investigation crew as he fights his inner shadow. From there I can see Harry wanting to take part in the Inaba murder investigation. Traveling through the TV and dealing with all of the issues that they did in the game, growing as they advanced. And finally returning to the UK with the defeat of Ameno Sagiri and or Izanami.
I figure in the TV, everyone would be able to talk freely. The language difference only being a problem in the real world, where some of the rules can be bent. Though I canÆt think of a way to joining the two with out some major issues such as the fact that they take place around a decade or so apart. This idea needs alot of fleshing out to make this into any kind of functionality. But that can come with a little time
