Once you become a Jonin, you get +2 range in Gen, Nin, and Tai.

As for items, here is the database of all known items. I'd write them all out for you, but you'll only need to look them up yourself anyway, so ... happy hunting.

And for god's sake, use a spell-checker.

EDIT: That "solar" something you mentioned - I think you meant "Polar Star" (+2 range). ;)
EDIT 1.1: Polar Stars can be found on the Marketplace, but they cost at least 700,000 ryo. Instead, use that money for a Top 3 run, then buy a Chakra Armor and a Desert Robes with the money you have left.

EDIT 2: Before you loop, make sure you complete a successful Top 3 run. Some of those Golden items get you more range too.

Ok, a lot of the "+X range" items are harder to come by, so you'll have to work for them.

Try getting the Storm's Embrace (if you're a RedEye), the Storm's Fury (if you're a WhiteEye), or the Storm's Path (if you're a Legacy). You can get one of these by completing the Wasteland quests.

There's also the Duelist's Aura and the Duelist's Eye. Those cost a boatload of Arena Rep points.

Other items you may be interested (but that you'll have to find about yourself - start using the Wiki database!) are the Aviator Goggles, The Glow, the Tiny Bees 2.0, and the Hat of Sakyura. Good luck getting any of those - they take A LOT of work and truckloads of luck.

---------------

EDIT: A "Top 3 run" is a day when you attempt to be one of the Top 3 highscores for that day. Let's say you make your Top 3 run on January 1st, and you score 3,546,000 ranking points; then, on January 2nd, you got the #2 spot on the highscores page (and you will be sent a notice telling you "Congratulations!").

When you successfully complete a Top 3 run, you get a small amount of Ryo as a prize; but more importantly, you can do the quest "The Big Three" which allows you to receive a Pirate Hat or one of the 9 Golden items.

You don't. It'll take you more than a week.

Let's say you win 15/15 fights per day - that's at least 450 points per day.

The Duelist Aura would take 12 days to earn, while the Duelist's Eye would take 23 days (not including the 12 days you spent on the Duelist's Aura).

*This is assuming you win every single fight. In reality, it's going to take you longer than that.

No excuse, even though I'm not quite sure about what you mean, but I use a proxy most of the time and have no trouble.

Well, don't ever plan ahead of time to loop unless you're speedlooping. Especially if you're S1. Srsly, you only loop when you have everything. Don't gun for a Polar Star, since it'll only end in heartbreak since everyone else is too, and for god's sake, read the fucking Wiki. It lists out most everything you need to know, and in most cases it isn't wrong, just outdated.

I believe the maximum range you can achieve without referral items/the glow/the touch/R00tstuffs is 36 on each stat, a lot less if you're S1 (No Pants, no Dark Band, no items from repeatedly beating stuff like the Wasteland, etc.)

So just be patient, S1 is the longest season for most. Don't try to get all of the items now; definitely beat the Wasteland, Reaper, and don't hold back on the arena nor on getting up to Sannin Rank. Top 3 for a Pirate Hat is not required, but if you do it every season then by S4, when you can get Proof Reader, you'll have three or four already, which will make it so you'll only need 700-600 pages for the remaining Golden Items, less if you also keep doing Top 3 runs every season.

For Season 1? As a Sannin, with Billy lv 3 + Emosuke lv 3 + Pinky lv 2 as your teammates, set your default jutsu to "I Need This" and run through AA-Rank missions on Crank 1. Sell all Razor Blades, Hot Pics of Emosuke, Emo Rock CDs, and Exploding Tags (but keep the Smoke Bombs and Billy Buckets).

In your situation, I don't recommend farming the Outskirts. Although that is a viable method, it doesn't seem like you'd enjoy it nor get very far.

... What? Since I can't understand half of what you said, I'll focus on what I can.

Check it. There's a section for level 1, 2 and 3 allies in S1. Then there's a S2+ level 1, 2, and 3 allies. And an S3+. And 4.

Someone tried to add a new thing to the allies- only Annie so far, but they're fucking idiots most probably, since clicking on the ally will give any info they'd need.

You learn "I Need This" from Good Boy, which means you'll have to do the first little bit of Wasteland.

What allies loop? Only The HoClaus and Flipper. (Well, technically, you lose Flipper and get him back immediately, so it doesn't matter.)

What jutsu loop? Only your sword call, and The Ninja-Mas Spirit.

For jutsu, only the sword jutsu and projectile weapon: kunai loop.

Put in a request in the "Bingo" thread. Be sure to include your user name, what level you are, what season you are, and what village you're in.

Also, make sure that you're not using any sort of bingo protection. Bingo volunteers generally don't like that.

What do you need to get bingo'd for?

If it's for wasteland, you can simply try to bingo someone far above or below your level. You'll easily fail the tracking part and earn yourself a 5 min bingo.

If it's for the Trade ally Anonymous, what you need is to be bingo'd via a notepage by someone else. Since you're still in season 1, I wouldn't bother with it unless you really want his jutsu, which is of limited use in season 1... Later seasons though, when you do need Anon, there's a thread in this section labeled "bingo", where you can request notepage bingos from the people on this forum.

You get a theme if you loop with The Note. It's not much as a theme (+20 stam the day after it's activated), but the requirement isn't that hard to complete.

Ah, well Orochimaru's pretty much the same as entering Wasteland, fail a bingo tracking and get yourself a 5min bingo. Quick and easy.

Has anyone actually found a use for Tempest? Because I haven't.

His jutsu is preferable to Bringing Down the House when fighting playerkai.
