Rename Various Picture Threads

Seems like 90% of the picture threads on this forum are all named some variation of "Funny [insert genre/series name here] pictures!" Very few of them are exclusively or even mostly used for posting pictures of a comedic nature. Perhaps a mod could remove the word "funny" from a few of those thread titles?

If you wanna reason other than preferring accurate thread titles, then it prevents any misunderstandings from newcomers who assume that only funny pics are allowed and get confused when others don't do it. That already happened in the Naruto version. And it prevents any arguments where people complain about specific content being posted and bring up the thread's original purpose to back up their point, though I haven't seen one of them for a while.

It's a pretty low priority but it's something I'd like to see done and doesn't seem particularly time-consuming.

Knight504 pretty much nailed my reasoning. It's not a big deal at all but I have seen a few arguments break out over it before and there aren't that many picture threads in the forum. It would be easiest if the OPs changed it but if for some reason they can't or won't I'm asking if a mod is willing to do it.

First post in the "Funny Naruto pics" thread

Seems pretty strait forward to me. If its confusing to new members, then they can easily read the first post and figure out its more of a "make the pic funny" than "a funny pic thread".

Yes but that thread was threadjacked into a general Naruto pictures thread years ago. My point was that the initial description and thread title no longer accurately represent the contents of the thread. The same thing seems to have happened to pretty much every other "funny pics" thread. That's why I requested a thread title change for them.

That and it would take more effort than its worth to rename the topic. If someone is intimidated by the word "funny", they're probably not going to post anyway.
