Akamatsuverse Ronin of Steel

Well, we have no shortage of characters. How about story ideas? My old fic suggested that Brainiac (as in a Brainiac from Krypton, following the DCAU) was trying to access the computer systems of the ancient Silver Millenium palaces and this in turn disrupted the powers of the Sailor Senshi. Our heroes had to team up in order to stop Brainiac before he turned the powers of the Senshi against them. But that's just one idea, others would be nice.

If you wanted to add one more Hinata Honey to the league here you almost have to make Kanako Supergirl now. ANd it would explain why Keitaro didn't realize who she was at first... she's a recent import from Krypton or Argos that Hina has been training in how to deal with humans before letting her stay with per "brother." Unlike Kara, though, Kanako is interested in preserving the Kryptonian species.

Are we still going with Shampoo for Wonder Woman?

As for story lines? Seta running something similar to Cadmus would be an idea. Braniac's issues still work. You could the Black Moon Family arc into something to replace the Thanagarian invasion. Using Naraku as an analogue for Vandal Savage could be a story arc. A Justice Lords arc where the Senshi took over the world ala Sailor Moon canon.

Then there are little oneshots stories that Justice league could contain beyond the story arcs. Sesshomaru and Rin coming to visit Inuyasha and Kagome. Maxima's arrival to claim Keitaro. Light finding himself attracted to whoever you put in as Huntress and Misa having a fit over it. The metahuman fight club would work for a story idea. It's literally endless.

Yes, Shampoo is still Wonder Woman. It's about the characters evolving. Tuxedo Kamen learning how to deal with his childhood trauma and inflict it on criminals, Keitaro learning how to be Superman, and Shampoo learning how to be diplomatic.

BTW: How does Mamoru learn to fight like Batman? Maybe having him remember some of the training from his earlier incarnation as Prince Endymion perhaps in hand-to-hand fighting, using throwing knives and acrobatics.

He learns that and of course he excels in school athletics. He would also get private instruction. He is rich after all.

Will he be trained by someone who is equal to a member of the League of Assassins?

What reasonable upgrades would work with his motorcycle and his car, if I may ask further questions.

Yeah, he'd be able to match any martial artist on Earth. As for upgrades? He can have a "Kamenmobile" complete with a rocket engine. Think Mr. Incredible's Incredi-Car.

Foes.

Well there's the Oni Invasion that might be amusing. Especially with finding out they tried to invade the Super Hero capital of the planet.

There's Doctor Hell as one choice for an evil scientist.

Eimi Yoshikawa from All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku either gets a new body or upgrades her own failing body to become Amazo.

Lord Havok and the Extremists would be amusing. As would the Faceless Hunter possibly being a herald for Sailor Galaxia.

The use of a tsundare as Magneta would be fun as well.

Fate Averruncus and the members of Cosmo Entelecheia from Negima.

Naraku from Inuyasha and the Phoenix people from Ranma.

NERV/SEELE as the Project Cadmus from this universe.

And of course, Dio Brando and Raoh.

Speaking of Ranma, I'm thinking of leaving him out of becoming a superhero. It just doesn't seem a possibility with his character, given the amount of trouble he's in just because of who he is. On the other hand, if being a superhero was seen by his mother as "manly", then he'd probably get involved.

On the Ranma front, why have him be a Super-hero when he could be a Super-villain.

There's plenty of possibilities for shaping Ranma into any villain mold you like.

~ Really Bad Day: Ranma has a Really Bad Day (see thousands of Ranma dark/angst fics) & goes the dark and violent route.

~ Comedic Dickery: Ranma kicks things up to Eleven resulting in massive fights, over the top showdowns, and general dickery. All of which leaves Ranma on the Villain side of the column, but perfectly willing to pitch in and help save the world <s>booty call for lonely heroines</s> in times of crisis.

~ Uber-thief: Much like Lupin, Ranma's turned to a life of crime. Not so much for the money but for the sheer challenge of it. After all robbing banks is easy, stealing the Diet is a challenge.

~ Dragon: Ranma gets recruited by some nefarious organization which promises a cure to the curse / power / macguffin of some sort, in exchange for his loyal service. Ranma is serving out his end of the bargain honorably <s>or is he really?</s>, in whatever fashion that gets written about.

~ Godmode: Ranma's now an Avatar of some big Power, ala the Juggernaut, and well it's gone slightly to his head and Ranma is now throwing down challenges with the big boys just for the fights. Then promptly chows down on some food and completely ignores those not strong enough to challenge him aka all the non top-tier fellows.

Ciao

Ummm yeah....trust me Risk (yes that guy who is best known for getting his arms ripped by Superboy Prime) is a perfect match for Ranma.

Though I get the feeling I'm the only one here to read the 90s Dan Jurgens Teen Titans series.

Something to keep in mind. Trying to put too many crossovers into this probably will just ruin the finished result.

That most no real sense considering the source of the Senshi's powers comes from their starseeds/soul. They'd still be against Brainiac given how the Silver Millenum computer on the moon is housing Queen Serenity''s mind apparently, or at least was during the first arc.

I actually like that idea.? Nice change of pace from the typical bit of making Tuxedo Kamen the Butt Monkey of crossover fanfiction.
Well, it's not a very far leap that makes it very attractive:

Against normal criminals and Batman's Rogues, physically Tuxedo Kamen could fight and defeat them. Mentally he hasn't been given much chance to shine but we do know he's not stupid and if he was inspired to become the greatest detective on Earth by the knowledge that his parents were murdered, I think he could pull it off. His psychometry could be a simple outgrowth of his detective prowess. Also, his roses can pierce through concrete and shoot through magical shields that stop the Senshi's attacks and he can be stealthy. Just make him more stealthy, more sneaky, grant him a larger arsenal of tools and weapons and a keenly trained detective mind and I think Tuxedo Kamen would make for an excellent Batman analog. He would be to the Sailor Senshi what Batman is to the Justice League-And would be the Batman for any Justice League formed from Japan's heroes.
He'd also need to be a lot more resistant to mind control that Tux is in at least the anime canon (not sure how bad it got in the manga).
More of he would get killed then resurrected as a zombie slave.

Ah. Batman probably has a protocol for that.

Yeah... Get lost in time instead of dying and have a fake corpse fill in for you...

It's because Death loves Batman too much to send him beyond her domain. Better he remain alive until she can keep him for good.

Would Umino Gurio fit as Plastic Man or one of the DC super-heroes who are better at using their brain over brawn to combat crime?

And would the Fat Cat Rhett Butler instead of being transformed to Bakene become more like Thomas Blake a.k.a. Catman?

Motoki

Mamoru's always been very, very... Intense, I suppose. He's calm, cool, often very cranky but the biggest part of him has always been his intensity. He can stare people into submission, even if they don't know who he is.

I think that's one of the main reasons he's been so effective, alongside all his skills and gadgets (most of which I've helped him build). He does a lot to build himself up as some inhuman demon, or a spirit of justice, but the truth is anyone else would just be laughed at in that tuxedo, mask and cape.

Though I'm not too concerned about that. What I am a little concerned about is how he changes his personality when working with the Senshi. When he's working alone or when he's with Shingo, he's all business, dark, like a workaholic times ten. Around Sailor Moon, he's... Romantic, encouraging, he even smiles. It's simultaneously heartening and disturbing. Heartening because it's nice to see him happy. Disturbing because, well... It's him. He's the same guy who throw a guy off a roof with a rope attached, and just barely stop him from hitting the ground for answers... Being romantic, even flirting with Sailor Moon.

And she's kind of nuts herself. Maybe that's why they work.

I'm a slowpoke.

>Guy Shishioh from GaoGaiGar as Green Lantern-Dude, he has the willpower of an entire legion of Green Lanterns. He'd be perfect for it.
Zondar powered super villains everywhere!

And the series finale, the entire League VS the Masters of Sol.

Ramba Su

Where to begin? Well Mamoru and I have known each other for some time now. Ever since one of his foes became Abra Kadbra and we had to team up to fight him. The guy was from some weird future and part of this Black Moon Family. Or something. You meet the craziest people in this line of work. Like a girl that turned into a werehyena.

Though Mamoru never has answered me if has bananas in his utility belt.

My sister just loves those. And it's like Mamoru has a way to shrink things down in size to fit into his belt, or a dimensional terrasect in it to store all his gear. And he never answers me on that. Or found it funny I could fit his tuxedo, cape, domino and top hat into a ring he could wear around his finger.

Which I could do. I mean Impulse keeps his costume in one of those. He's a good kid. Will do anything to impress a girl. And I do mean anything. It something surprises even Supes the lengths he'll go to. Just don't ever call him Kid Flash, he just hates that.

Anyway Mamoru and Usagi are kind of weird to see given Mamoru's really big guy and can make roses look badass. Then again they also can embed themselves into concrete so they're a lot stronger then they look.

And Usagi...she's one of the sweetest girls you could ever meet. She can light up a room with her smile. Just don't ask her to solve one of the Riddler's riddles. She has her strengths and solving puzzles isn't one of them.

The rest of the Senshi are fun. Setsuna is a hoot at parties. Not sure why people have this perception she's this cold hardass. She also says she's not really a Time Master, whatever those are.

And Makoto not sure why she doesn't have to beat guys off with a stick. Sweet personality and very large tracts of land. An unbeatable combination.

Needless to say any League and Senshi team ups are always fun.

Just read "Superman: Earth One". It's... Wow. And I mean that in a good way, a REALLY good way. It has good humor, great characters, a unique twist on Krypton's destruction, a call to arms for Superman... It's different but above all, like JMS's greatest work Babylon 5, it felt... Real. Kind, foolish, brave, shortsighted, noble humanity, and a villain who despite his lack of a name and short appearance, was compelling as well.

And it all fit together perfectly, with an awesome Lois, Jimmy, Perry, Johnathan and Martha Kent, and of course, Clark Kent himself. Superman.

And strangely enough, it seems perfect for Keitaro Urashima. If you've read it... I think you know what I'm talking about.

Been doing some more thinking, and I was a bit worried about the lack of foreign superheroes. However, Japan saves me yet again by giving me an American hero whose game is too awesome to ever be released in the USA.

That's right. Superman teams up with President Michael Wilson, aka Metal Wolf.

It's too bad that I'm pretty much left in the dark when it comes to that game, but that's not really your fault since I often have trouble keeping track on all the interesting games that are mentioned nowadays.

But who do you think would fit best as members in a Japanese version of the Suicide Squad?
