Are you talking about Sailor Moon: Another Story? If so its not canon.

yup Guardians of Order came out with a Campain Setting Book useing the BESM 1e revised(revised as it had some tweaks specifically for the genre) system for Sailor Moon. as in purchased the rights to use names and likelnesses for their product. so the timeline should be accurate, course that's likely based on tinkering with publication dates but it would likely be considered an official source if not a canon one( example here is that according to Lucas the games, comics, books etc are all offical but only the movies are canon).

From what I remember of it the Sailor Moon RPG was not all that accurate canonwise; so you might want to double check the important stuff.

I am very, VERY tempted to chime in and say I'd take Nephrite in the next arc.

As a matter of fact, I'd very much like to... but I have to go back and reread the first thread to see if he's dead yet or not.

Um ... you might want to hold off on that decision until we're done with him. I was already close to breaking powerlevels for this end by grabbing a General. Two and the lot of Senshi, plus random interference, will be well on the side of overkill.

Unless we get some Cthonian monstrosity as a designated enemy, which I'm not really counting out at this point.

Or grab a random bystander (like David initially did with Motoki)/future youma victim. Hell, offhand, I could name two characters who could be at least effective and at most utterly broken given the proper situation and approach. Three if you wanted to get inventive and mildly cracky.

And that's just the guys.
