it is Patrick Warburton [Brock Samson , joe swanson) as to the pairings the only thing that surprised me was velma's aggressiveness where intimacy was concerned.

Just look at Velma's character. Of course this would be something that she'd be aggressive about.

I love the call-outs to old Scooby-Doo episodes.

Miner-49er and others are a blast from the past.

Though I wonder how old they are.

Although yes actually seeing the fan-pairings are weird.

And I can't decide on Gay or incredibly dense for freddy.

Oh lol, the Sheriff has "that voice" Who IS this voice actor?!

Edit: It has hilarious bits...........and "I want to punch someone" bits. Why the fan-pairings?

Edit2: Did people actually get HURT in Scooby Doo?

About Daphne. Freddy is either smart enough to avoid her advances/hints or he's gay
That's Mr. Barkin I believe, from Kim Possible as well.

Also does anybody else love this Velma?

She's a all snarky and smart and confident and sexy.

I love the way she got when Fred stole the body.

SPOILER

Fred:He wasn't in a listening mood!

Velma:So you stole a dead body? Rockin'!

/SPOILER

Also who here grew up with Toonami and always watched Scooby Doo right after? Cause I so totally remember most of those guys in the tour.

Also a question about Daphne's sisters

I can't tell what one of them is supposed to be.

Here's what I caught

Scientist
?
Race Car Driver
Military

So what is she supposed to be.

Will they kiss or won't they, Shaggy isn't against kissing Velma and Velma was all for it, so yeah.

I thought it was established in the first ep. that they were together, just not open about it due to shaggy being afraid to tell scooby.

There are only two things I dislike about SD!MI. Daphne and Freddy. I want to punch both their faces in. The fact that I could understand where both parents were coming from about what they expect from their kids should tell you how little I care for those two. (It looks like Daphne's got a Master's degree in incompetency and Freddy got his in stupidity).

This may or may-not answer the whole gay/oblivious argument.

*Note it belongs to Fred.

He likes making traps for monsters and he likes women.

I was actually referring to the other form of trap.

And apperently Velma's mom is addicted to Horse Gambling, Daphne's mom has a crippling fear of the dark, and Fred's dad is a douche.

But Scooby is a dog, and has the intelligence of a slightly retarded child.

huh i would have put his intelligence just above the line for retardation.

He also complained he was not a pet during the second ep.

I also like how they updated their slang, but kept the old too. And the cells that was nice too.

Mostly I liked Velma.

Well, the "Fred is Gay" theory gains more credibility IMO.

I mean Daphne did everything except tackle him naked, and yet he still is oblivious, and I have a hard time imagining anyone that dumb.

Not only that... but if you listen to the dialogue in the first episode, yous houdl realize that the 'sewer workers' are a send up of the Three Stooges... kind of neat how they mix in some of those refrences subtly.

also in the mancrab episode ihas soem answers about how fred feels for Daphne...

also love Velmas line... "Wouldn't it have been easier... not to mention more LEGAL... to sue him?"

This is a fresh take on the Scooby series...I'd never thought I'd see any Velma/Shaggy romance of ANY kind.

Also, does no one else think that they missed a good chance of making a "Giant enemy crab" gag in the man crab episode?
