Is the search function not working?

I can't get the forums to show me the older topics so i could re-read Master Nin from the beginning so i tried the search.

Seems no matter what i put it in it it never works.

TFF's search function has never worked.

However, it should be noted that Hawk has a tendency to delete his older topics when he uploads the chapter to FF.net.

No Invision forum I have ever been on has had even a remotely working search.

People complain about FanFiction.NET's search, but I consider it quite decent compared to MediaMiner.ORG's or Invision's.

Oddly enough the Find all Topics by member function works, so you can see all the threads made by Hawk.

Just click on Hawk's name to open his profile and click -Find all topics by this member-

Topics for chapters 1-3 are gone, so is the topic for ch 5.

Ummm... While I am most certainly *not* a Naruto fan, you guys do realize, I hope, that Master Nin *is* on FanFiction.NET.

EDIT: For some reason, initially thought this was a HP story, not a Naruto one. No difference, as I read neither. No offense intended to Hawk, as it is not his story's being singled out, but any for those fandoms.

I know Hawk posted at FF.NET but those are edited versions.

I wanted to read the unrated ones. Never know how much is missing.

EDIT: Or i might be wrong? Someone let me know... were chapters 1-3 and chapter 5 on FF.NET missing any scenes? Did they have much lemons in the first place? It's been a while so i can't remember if they originally had lemons and were left out in the FF.NET posting.

...There is no edited version. What you see is the full thing as near as I can tell. Not every chapter was a full lemon.

Alas, the google search can't work because the google spider can't get past the logon.

and there isn't a local search....
