Searching for a name

I'm trying to remember the name of a cartoon from the late seventies, early eighties.

I remember the central characters were the nephew of Dracula, a Frankenstein's monster, and a wolf-man. The nephew of Dracula could turn into mist and shapeshift into various objects. The wolfman had supersonic howls. The Frankenstein had electrical based powers.
