Small thing, but one I think matters

We should be able to see more then 10 posts in our history. (as far as I can tell, you can only go back 10. Tell me if I'm wrong)

It gets kind of annoying when you want to find a specific post...like now (I'm trying to find the original master nin card thingy) but you can't cuz you'd have to search 1000+ posts to find it. :headbanger:

So...yeah, we should be able to see back through a lot more posts, if not all of them. I know a site that does that, so I know it wouldn't really be a big deal.

:huh.:

Invisionfree doesn't have an option for that. Zetaboard might though. But until this board is upgraded to Zeta, its not a feature that Hawk can install.

Ehhh... we have a history? I know we can view threads created by a member, but posts...

Hmmm...

Can't say I miss it.

Click on assistant up top and select the last ten posts option. ^_^

Ahhh... that thing. I think I can count on one hand, with fingers to spare, how many times I've used it. especially since it is next to 'View New Posts', and that has neer worked once for me.

Invision, PHP, and VBulletin, and forum software like them all have IMHO crappy UI's and navigation. I far prefer navigation in Beehive, MXBoard, and Delphi based forums. The search in Invision is non-existent, the search in VBulletin sucks, and the memory of where one has been in PHP is pitifully inacurate.

On the other hand... all of the above are better than my wierd issues with the crap that Google Groups uses. makings posts is a questionable prospect at best, one never knows if the browser will crash, if the post will not be made, or if one goes to a site you cannot be certain of even being able to view posts, even if they appear fine in the RSS feeds.

For forums like this one, I just use the back key alot for navigation.
