Just bought and installed over the weekend, got to play first time a few minutes ago. Played for 20 min, up to the first save room.
I'm very glad to be playing this game, as it has shown me already how unprepared I was for the zombie apocalypse.
Seriously, have you ever tried to get a headshot on a swaying, shuffling zombie? It's harder in some ways to get them than to get the normal soldiers, even with the normal soldiers shooting back. Fortunately these zombies are not headshot-kills-only, just that sometimes a zombie killed another way will randomly get resurrected a few moments later. Headshots prevent that.
Gotta love the Russian sniper rifle (I think its called the Mosin), its awesome. Haven't got the shotgun yet, but supposedly its coming.
