Okay, I'll be honest, I think it stinks.
It's basically a semi-tactical game that you make a character, form a team of up to seven characters from the anime and then fight it out with mobs. The graphics are interesting compared to some similar online games I've played.
Sadly, that's the end of the good things I have to say. The battles themselves are fully automatic and allows no input whatsoever, which adds to the fact that most battles in the beginning you team is only meatshields for 'guest characters'. Text is often cut off, and the enemies themselves are as incorrect as you can get. They even went so far as using Anbu as students, and even using Post-TS Tenten for an encounter in the Chunin exam. They even have the 12-year old Naruto able to use the Tailed Beast Ball.
All in all, it's seems to be one of those imported MMO games from asia that a localization team did the bare minimum of translating.
