I was wondering how can you kill the following heroes:

Iron-Man
She-Hulk
Ms. Marvel
Reed Richards
Hank Pym
Doc Samson
Mr Marvel
Captain Marvel
Sentry

It's an idea that I have about the anti-reg side getting nasty after Goliath when they figured that either they are dragged in chains or dead, the pro-reg won't stop until they comply with SHRA.

Reed Richards is immortal for the simple fact his son is a god, and could possibly resurrect him if he did get killed.

Or maybe obliterate the universe in his grief.

As for Ironman and Pym, they're humans with tech. They can die the same way anyone else can.

I can tell you right now there's nothing on the anti-reg side that can even slow Sentry down, much less kill him. If he enters the fray, the anti-reg side is doomed.

Yeah your right, I might rely on the AU that the Hulk returned early and the country actually tore itself into two with one side supporting the heroes and the other scared of them and want them under government control.

- Johnny Storm actually had help when the bartender pulled a gun from the bar and killed one of the mob enforcers.

- Two sides of the argument(human) having a riot in front of the White House.

-A state Governor threatening to secede from the union (Cap's homestate?) should the SHRA pass the Senate and become law. Other superhero hometown states following suite.

-Spiraling down from there and a toss up on who wins and loses.
