Billy
-Yes, he really is that stupid. It was hard for most people to comptrhend but Billy in no way put on an act in front of others. What little bit of thought went through his head was there for all to see all the time.
-Does not truly grasp what being the rightful ruler of Asgard meant until well into adulthood and a confrontation with Aizen. He had to admit though, having the likes of Thor and Odin at your back was almost as much fun as playing with Grim. Or like having more pie.
-Never married. Mandy, who the less enlightened believed would eventually end up with him, would not degrade herself in such a manner. And any other woman that looked twice at him ended up being chased off by a large man with bells in his hair.
After all, any kid that could beat Mayuri senseless like that and still laugh a minute later belonged with Yachiru whether he knew it or not.
Hoss
-Was probably the least surprised to learn the true scope of Grim's powers. Hoss might be random and occasioanlly delusional, but he understood that in the end Death always wins.
-Has never stopped loving Eris despite knowing they can't truly be together.
-Is actually related to Billy's mother. Gladys would rather die than admit that they are cousins, of course, but it doesn't change the fact that his frequent checks on Billy are his way of looking out for family.
Jeff
-While he understands Billy fear of spiders in general he still looks forward to the day that he can be loved unconditionally by his father. After his failed wedding attempt with Velma he got that affection for a time.
Now if only he hadn't reminded Dad that he was still a spider.
-Thinks of Grim as a faviroite uncle. And is slightly concerned that he apparently almost married that uncle's old girlfriend, even if they both blush and deny it if you refer to them as such.
-Has actually killed several people in his lifetime. As they grew older, Dad, Mom (Mandy), and even his gradparents Harold and Gladys became the targets of some rather nasty people that either wanted Grim's power for themselves or just wanted them out of the way. Jeff saw it as a way to have a good meal and take care of his family to remove those people.
Grim
-Has not been as happy as he was with Billy and Mandy since the incident with Velma in Junior High. It was good to have friends again that didn't want to suck up to him because of his position.
-Does not collect ever soul, human or otherwise, that dies in the world. He just collects those too stubborn to move on. Or the ones nearby if he's bored. Sooner or later he'd add that old squirrel to the list too, mon.
-Is not, despite the rumors, related to former captain Tousen.
Eris
-Loves to mess with Grim and his friends because she is mostly ostracized by the other gods and goddesses of her pantheon. The nature of her job as an avatar and embodiment of chaos tends to rankle the order most of her family prefers. Grim at least understands that there is more to life than just your job.
-Has a rather large sum of money riding on Grim and Velma ending up in the sack. Nobody is quite certain how that would work since skeletons generally can only breed with other skeletons, but the colset romantic buried deep inside of Eris is pulling for it anyway.
-Did not exspect to actually fall for Hoss when she started dating him. As with most things in the mortal world he was meant to be a minor distraction as she spread chaos throughout the cosmos. Her love for the mortal was one of the few times the random nature of her domain seemed to work against her.
In truth, she wouldn't have it any other way.
Aizen
-Makes it a personal point to avoid Endsville and the underworld at all costs. He's not afraid of Grim, of course, but he knows not to stir up trouble where it is not needed. He toyed with the idea of recruiting the Reaper once, but thought better of it. Any Shinigami with that much power while sealed should not be toyed with.
-Would love the chance to kill Judge Spleen if he could. He looks at the Department of Underworld Affairs as a disgusting organization that should not have any kind of control over a Shinigami of Grim's potential. It is only the fact that he might stir the wrath of Grim himself with the death of his handlers that keeps Aizen from freeing the skeletal incarnation from his bonds of servitude.
-Laughs upraoriously whenever he watches the video of Billy beating Mayuri senseless that Unohana sent to him. There are some things that transcend everything else, even death and betrayal. Watching the creepy mime of the 12th division get pasted by a war-hammer weilding child in front of the rest of the Gotei 13 is one of those things.
