TFF BvS Alliance Declaration?

And because I'm lazy and I don't feel like deleting this thread, I'm just going to say this. To the villages that annoncuce(sp?) themselves as part of this alliance: Think hard about this. Look at all the angles. Look closely at the various facts that are popping up. And listen to your villagers, we can't do anything without them.

So then let the Leaders decide.
People know we have an Consortium
. If you want your Village to be known as a TFF member to get extra assumed 'protection' by linking up with our bigger villages then say so.
If you'd prefer your Village to be a 'hidden' member, then just PM or inform the other Leaders that you think you're cool enough to handle things on your own and stay off the record.
If a hidden Village needs help then they can just ask.
It's not like we HAVE to declare each and every singe TFF allied Village here.

I was protesting giving out the entire list, I have been since Mage brought this subject to me and I made this poll. In fact, that last post of mine was made as a compromise between my desire to keep half of the alliance hidden and this upheaval of people demanding that unveil ourself less another allied village gets hit with Sabotage.
Let the other Kages in our alliance speak, let their villagers speak. Don't go off and act without hearing what everyone has to say on a subject that could easily get us in a shit-ton of trouble in the form of Bingo-Lock and the like.

How about a compromise? The core villages are a given, especially since they have TFF in their names.
That's TFF/A, Tokyo, and Rant. Really, theres no way for us to not be declared.
Lemon, Generic, Demolition, Exodus, and Rokudaime can be stealthy and stay hidden. If they want to be delcared, their 'kages can notify Urth.
It's DLP's decision if they want to be overt. The same for Succubus.
Nei's Sunakagure is an ally of Rant, a courtesy since Nei's ninja was a member of my village.

I don't really think it's possible to bingo' lock an alliance of our size, it's hard enough to keep a bingo' lock on one village with the entire lines helping, so I say that fear is unfounded.
I'll be happy to listen to the other Kages, but I haven't heard from several of them in a long time.

If a village is not declared as part of the Federation the secrecy will only help defend them if all-out war breaks out against us. But that defense would mean nothing the moment they decide to help us in said war is their allegiance will be immediately shown. Also those almost no chance of another Ninja World War breaking out anytime soon. The Random Alliance has been dissolved and the Axis of Evil just isn't as evil without HF, in fact they lately become a voice of reason in the game. No one wants war just look at the recent posts in the Kage Council, how many villages are trying to talk peace with Rainbow?
I will hold off on declaring the Federation members but we need to hear from the Kages of the undeclared villages whether they want to stay silent and forgo the advantages that F^3 can provide or proudly step up and declare themselves a member of the Federation.
I'll be happy to listen to the other Kages, but I haven't heard from several of them in a long time.

I've kinda dropped out of the game, but I've been considering coming back in, maybe as just a number bolster for Rokudaime and kinda an advisor. Don't want to be Orangekage again, unless my replacement really, REALLY, wants to pass the buck now.
As for the topic at hand, I say go nuts. If there isn't at least the illusion of full disclosure, they are indeed going to be going nuts about the number of villages. Anyone confirmed or suspected of being one will be raided without remorse or pity.
But at least one or two villages should hang back. One weak, one strong.
