Interesting idea, Epsilon. A giant fully-functional yaoi cannon... 
I think we can save that for a boss fight. However, the appearance of a mecha at the stroke of midnight feels a bit anti-climatic compared to what has happened so far, I think. Midnight should be accompanied by something ominous, magical, evil, and dark...
As for the spire merging, yes, as Ni said (it seems like Ni's been speaking for me a lot :lol: ) it would be a convenient way to cross over to the yaoist realm. However, the final boss fight will actually take place at the yaoist realm...which isn't exactly what it seems...
Below the harsh and foreboding dark terrain of an exterrior, there is the true yaoist world...a dimension only for those who have sunken deeper under the cold lifeless surface of what humanity perceives yaoi to be....There resides the Grand Master Fangirl...
...will our rather unlikely heroes make it through with their insanities intact? Or will they fall prey to the yaoist scourge? Find out in....wait, there I go again Never mind. :snigger:
Plus, I was thinking of having a Halo ring form around the point where the spire meets TFF HQ...for the Halo fans amongst you :lol:

The only time you should discuss a post you're about to make is if it involves a really big plot twist of some sort. Otherwise, go crazy and let it all out .

It's a boss battle where the mecha was using one of the Grand Master Fangirl's most precious weapons and we take it down. Of course, the cannon goes into overload and quite a number of us get caught in the backlash and get partially contaminated. To prevent total corruption of our core personalities, the DITE would create temporary buffer interfaces to appeal to our perverted and heterosexual sides to keep our personalities in check.
In short... we each get a hot chick/loli of our own. I call White Len, Sailor Saturn and Dizzy.

btw, the worm is about 20 meters in diameter (yes, quite wide) and the part that is currently above ground is about 250 meters long. The self-destruction of the two mechas has left a gaping hole in one side where it shall soon regenerate a second head. (Oh joy ;p ).

We already have some mechs coming in, and the worm should be on it's last throws judging by Locke's post.
I really need to read posts in more detail before I write, and as for who I would like as my assistant... how about.... Sazuka?

Sorry if I'm sounding picky...but nobody in the air has actually landed just yet...save Legacy who's now skating down the worm's back.
So, uh, if you don't mind, could you please rewrite that a bit to preserve the continuous flow of the story? ^_^ Thanks! Much appreciated. :lol:

Well, here's my idea - Remember Mick's barrier skill earlier in the story? Yuki and Epsilon, being DITE agents, have a similar skill (called Lambda Driver. In SHnY canon, Nagato Yuki used it against the giant cricket. It wasn't named, but it was the exact same technique used in FMP called Lambda Driver).
After having Epsilon, Yuki, and Mick cast the protective shield around the entire group (the group has to be swept back into the air for this to work. I suggest having the tentacles grab all of us and throw us up into the air), we enter the worm's mouth and unleash all the fury of hell inside it! :flameon:
End of boss fight 1! YAY!
Or does anyone want to suggest an alternate end? :unsure!:
Off course, before the climax, everyone's free to do their best to do as much damage to it as possible, all the while showing off your moves and skills (and, in the case of Ni, resourcefullness :lol: ) while getting to know the folks at Hinata Sou amidst the heat of battle.
