1.) Death by Gerbil: In which an escaping gerbil falls from the second story of a house to end up impacting with Shinji's head, leading to extreme cranial trauma and subsequent death.
2.) Death by Fire: In which Gilgamesh shows us the true meaning of "Human Torch"
3.) Death by Firing Squad: In which Shinji finds out that maybe, just maybe, he should have tried to stop his base impulses before getting caught and tried.
4.) Death by Suicide: In which Shinji traumatizes Sakura (further) by stabbing himself thirty-nine times in the back with the melon knife she happened to be holding.

Weighing his chances wrongly, Shinji tries to molest her... only to get sodomized by Excalibur.
