You have to ask? You must not frequent the Naruto section. Let's see the first five titles today.
There's 1. Journey To Konoha: Oh No She Didn't! by Miss Smarticle (God how I wish she hadn't)
2. high school romance by darktulip (Tell me another one.)
3. NeijxTenten ficlets by Neji's fangirl (By a proud member of the fangirl horde.)
4. Foolish by Princess Lightina (This one actually isn't that bad.)
And of course: 5. Kiss of the Scorpin by Rememberance of Something (If you can't even keep your title and penname free of typos...)
Oh wait! There's also: 9. A Girl With Flowers in her Hair by allthegoodpennamesaretaken (no comment) and 20. Vampirates by XxKitsunedxX (apparently a mix of vampires and pirates.)
Good titles are few and far in between. They're generally the marks of good fanfics. Foxhound, House of leaves, Asinine Rationalizations, Point of Origin and Tempered in Water.

I can't quite remember and have no intention of going to look, but I feel positive that at some point I have come across some variants of 'NaruSasu Yaoi' as a title.

Also some pet peeves. Titles done all in caps. Titles allong the lines of 'couldn't think of a title' or 'needs a new title'. Titles which end up being a cool sounding word that ends up having nothing to do with the actual story.
