It used to be when he first wrote it. But then, the SI fic surpassed him. And since he hasn't continued it for a LONG time (you can ask Alzius about it), I'm sure someone will surpass him anyways if you discount that SI fic.
Some 'SI' fic? Some upstart self-insert writer has the longest LH story?!? Man, that pisses me off! What is this story, let me at it, I'll tear it to shreds!!! *growls*

Well, since you ask, here it is. Same Story, Different Guy by RPGer. <_<

BTW, checking the length of the fics, a number of them are longer than Paul T1 (RPGer's story IS still the longest. And apparently, getting longer). Might not be true if he had continue but... all well.

For what it's worth, when Paul made that claim about it being the longest LH fic out there, it was true (I backed him up on that). Some people who left reviews seemed to take that almost personally though, which was odd. Likewise, I still think that The Kiss That Never Was is a far better fic than that SI.

I still talk to Paul occassionally. The main reason he's not continuing TKTNW now is that he's still pretty busy with his massive original lemon Six Times a Day. Once it's over, he MIGHT pick up TKTNW again, but that's iffy (and I've been pushing him to read Negima and do a fic on that later - he's lukewarm to the idea though, since the characters are all so young).

The whole thing about college life in Japan was a thing for him. I did try to help him out with that (since I went to college in Japan for a year), but getting things like the exact time and duration of vacations seemed of paramount importance.

Think there was a story "Love hina: perverted ed?" by Bluezone, one of the chapters had Naru and Motoko bagging those 2 losers, but its not really centered around them. -_- So it's really more of a guest appearance...

Haitani and Shirai always seemed like fairly standard loser-nerds to me. Obsessed with getting laid and always ending up in ridiculous hijinks because of it. They seem like the perfect candidates for the Japanese version of "Dude, where's my car?" (which would be Tomo, ore no kuruma wa doko?)

Yah, I can buy that, man that would be weird though, knowing that you had the longest story in an entire section, out of curiosity what is the longest story you guys have ever seen? Mine was this Teen Titans fic that was over 2 million words long.

That was the fic for me. Back when I was still in the Teen Titan section (still contemplating whether or not I should go back to it. And I do have stories in that section...) I was like "WHOA! That much for a fanfiction story?"

As for the exact time for vacations and stuff... I think the Tokyo University website might help there. They do have an English website so, you might be able to find say, the academic calendar for example. Although I will say, the other part, the college life part, I can see being an issue there.

Longest I've ever read? A huge-ass Wheel of Time fanfic. It may not have been as long as the tWoT-books themselves at the time ( six or seven were published, I think... ), but it couldn't have been too far off! I read Eye of the World in just below one day of nearly non-stop reading, getting through this big-ass monster fic took me nearly four and a half days.

Can't recall either title or author at the mo, but it was a rather enjoyable AU story which eventually turned into a Rand/Nynaeve pairing. The writer stopped writing somewhere around mid-Shadow Rising. Checked a couple of times after that, but eventually lost interest and now I dunno where the fuck the link to the bloody thing is.

Longest fic I ever saw? Dunno, as I've got the memory of an amoeba, but I guess it's possible that I've seen a longer one somewhere. But I've never read one longer then the above monstrosity... :)

What is 'Wheel Of Time' anyway? I've heard people talk about it a number of times but I have no clue what it is, is it a book, or an anime, or what? And what's it about furthermore?

Hmm, thanks, turns out I had actually heard of it before it was just I didn't quite connect it all in my head, maybe I'll pick the first one u[p to read sometime, it looks interesting.

I'm really enjoying the mindfuck that Keitaro undergoes with Blizzard. The fact that women will manipulate him into aggressive sex when he's normally so passive and submissive. It makes it more realistic that he can be pushed over the edge and become someone aggressive and women like this side of him. With Shinobu's mom and her briefly described mean streak in episode 2 of LH, to his affair with Motoko, a woman who is crying out for some male attention. It works. Its kinda disturbing, but it works just the same.

I know that story. Never read it, but it's just under 2.3 Million words long, and it's got an in-progess sequel of over 700,000 words. So that's about 3 Million words between them.

For the record, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is 255,000 words long.

So this pair of TT stories is about 12 times longer than the longest Potter book.

The English language lacks words to describe how totally fucking ridiculous that is.

Okay, fine. My curiousity is piqued enough. What is this "Blizzard" you keep talking about?

i.e., link plz?

P.S. NDF: That is totally ridiculous. Or maybe it's totally awesome. Or maybe a little of both, actually. Yeah.

Oh Hyne, i know I've been reading too much fanfiction when I see Harry Potter And The Order Of The Pheonix and I spend about ten seconds thinking 'Ok, which fic was that again...?' before realizing 'Oh, shit, that's one of the actual books, woops.'

The English language lacks words to describe how totally fucking ridiculous that is.
Heh, yah, you got that right, though I think that has to be the best description I've ever heard it given, I think I might use that occasionally form now on.

SMWhat: It's an LH lemon fic by Hawker that's up on Mediaminer.

Alzrius: This is not the lemon forum and thus you should not be posting up that link here.

I have no idea how many words it is, but Paul T1's Six Times a Day is the longest fic I've read. It's original fiction, but DAMN hot, and illustrated to boot!

Huh, I didn't realize that meant we couldn't post lemon links either. Sorry, I'll remove it (and the other one).

Well, we're pretty well laid back here on the forum. That being said, to give some semblence of keeping things seperate (like which age restricted material), that is why we have the Lemon Forums here. I mean, even if in written form, it is still... well, not appropriate for any of the younger readers here... if there are any. :p

Heh, yah, don't worry overly much about, just try not to do it, after all, we have to keep up some semblance of law and order around here or the incoming waves of n00bs might think they can get away with just anything, gotta' set a good example for the younger generations and all that jazz.

Long ago I posted a link in the proper topic (i.e., "Good readin'"). It's my second post in that thread, and it's on the first page.

Oh ok, thanks for the help there. Oh and just one more post F-1 and you'll have broken a thousand, you'll have your own reserved parking space when you come in tomorrow and a nice raise on the way. ;) ^_^
