for the various Teamup stories were there any discontinued from canon or did they stay as background meetings?

there are differences in characters from the Ultimates series and the Ultimate Team-up series though they might have kept the basic storyline for Team-up meetings. Hulk + FF4 look more like their normal counterparts in the Marvel universe versus the Ultimates universe, though i'm guessing the Team-ups were finished before the Ultimates counterparts were set in stone.
