I've finally had some time to work on this concept. Hopefully, it's not as bad as the last time I tried this.

The Art of War: Thousand Paths to Victory
Support, Rank C
As Unknown Soldier is drawn from all unknown war dead, he has access to all their skills. However, those skills that he uses more frequently will, as a matter of course, become more powerful, while those he neglects will become less so. His most often used skill in that Grail War has the potential to reach B-rank Noble Phantasm power levels.
Killing Field: The Fog of War
Anti-Army, Rank B
War, as a matter of course, is hellish. Unknown Soldier has mastered that hell. He can summon the carnage of any battle around his target, subjecting them to a storm of violence. For added effect, once Unknown Soldier finds out the identity of the target, he can call upon battles specific to that hero's legend, targeting the enemy's old traumatic experiences and reducing their fighting spirit.
