Hmm. I might add seeing the gem eyes in a dream. I never read anything on Urza, so I only have a few cards to base my knowledge on. I'm not sure what kind of means Shiro would have for actually artifacing. Yeah, here he's had plans shoved into his head, but they would fade with time since they're not HIS plans. That and knowing how to create certain things doesn't mean the raw materials would magically appear (and actually stay as opposed to tracing temporary items).
