Okay, I am interested (even though I don't know all that much about the A!MG fandom), however... I'm not quite sure where you're going with this. Is this one of your past A!MG fic ideas made flesh (I can only think of one that would work with this beginning), or something else entirely?

It is indeed one of my past ideas made flesh. Specifically, the one where Keiichi kept the Lord of Terror's powers.

I have been told by Lord Raa that Hild appeared for the first time AFTER the LoT arc, though, so I'll have to make a few alterations to the idea. Also, i'll mostly disregard the canon storylines, since this heavily alters the next events.

New version, with the correction as per Raa's pointer. Remember, this is a rough draft AND a WiP. Do give tips.

--------

"That is not possible, Hild," Kamisama sighed as he regarded his former lover. A very annoyed Daimakicho stood before him, holding a handful of strange graphs and important papers.

"Go tell that to Nidheg, dear," Hild replied, waving the papers in front of the Almighty's nose. "It was quite clear, and I suspect that if you consult Yggdrasil, you will get the same results. That said... what are we going to do about it?"

Kamisama sighed again and rubbed his temples, considering the latest complication that had developed around the mortal Keiichi Morisato. He idly wondered if this was not the work of the Ultimate Force, trying to tell him something, then refocused on the issue at hand. He motioned for Hild to take a seat.

"Very well... sit down and let us talk about it. For the sake of balance, a deal must be made..."

----

"Aaargh! I hate Calculus!"

Keiichi Morisato threw his head back in frustration as he slightly pulled at his hair. Due to the incident with the Lord of Terror, he had suffered a significant setback in his studies, as he had been unable to concentrate for the past three weeks. To top it all off, he had an important test coming up in the next four days... and with his current lack of concentration, it was very unlikely he could get anything notable done.

He leaned back on his chair, looking up at the ceiling with a displeased expression. He then felt the hair on the back of his neck raise and groaned.

"Skuld must have returned from her shopping trip," he muttered. He had first noticed that he could now 'feel' the Goddesses coming and going from his house about a week ago. He had dismissed it as a temporary leftover of being possessed by the Lord of Terror and not mentioned it to anyone, being reluctant to worry Belldandy needlessly.

However, the problem hadn't gone away in the last two weeks, and he was beginning to worry himself. While he was sure it was nothing serious, he feared that it might indirectly cause harm to the three Goddesses living with him. After all, he was possessed by a guy who wanted to destroy the Universe... not exactly your average everyday event.

As he got up to greet Skuld, he felt a strange, almost electric sensation run through him and blinked in confusion. Then he heard a shout from the front door. Recognizing the voice as that of the youngest Goddess, he rushed out, unsure about exactly what to do, but convinced he had to at least see what new problem had cropped up.

As he reached the temple's entrance, his eyes were drawn to the three figures standing on the doorway, and he froze.

One of the figures he recognized immediately - Skuld. She had dropped the bags of... whatever it was she had been wanting to buy (when Skuld started building one of her contraptions, the wisest course of action was to steer clear and pretend not to see). She also was in a battle stance, with her hammer held defensively before her.

The second figure he was familiar enough with as well - Marller. The blonde demoness had a smug look on her face as she regarded the small Goddess before her, but otherwise made no aggressive moves whatsoever, looking as if she was waiting for something - or someone.

The third figure - which had prompted Skuld's defensive response - was what caused Keiichi to freeze up. He'd never met her, although her resemblance to Urd was striking. But that hardly mattered, as somewhere deep down, he instinctively knew who the woman was. He could feel the power rolling off her, and it drew him to her like a moth to the flame.

A name and a title appeared in his mind, and at that moment, Keiichi knew that things would soon change - for better or worse, he could not tell.

After all, when the Daimakicho herself, Hild, appears on your front door smiling, you could rest assured that something unpleasant was about to happen.

--------

There, fixed.

^_^ Good start. And yeah, The Lord of Terror Arc was relatively 'early' in the mangas. So Hild would be a new face for our little group here.

Oh that's just cruel leaving us there like that, I want to see what happens next! *throws temper tantrum* Where's the fallout? Where's the interesting dialogue between Hild and Keichi? Where's the Goddesses flipping out? I need more..! *collapses*

GH, Israfel isn't the onlyone that needs more dialogue in that part of the chapter; I'm not asking you to do another rewrite, just when you expand on where you left off you add more to the charaters script. This is a very nice start to a fic and an interesting way to shake things up in that house(more then they usually are). I can picture several of Urd's reactions to seeing her mother, none of them involve talking it out.

hmmm... mom comes to visit her wayward child... and it's not Urd XD

good point to start, post LoT, where Bell would forsake everything for him
where Urd and Skuld see where K1 stands about his relationship and as a person

great way to start, just dont leave us hanging in suspense

Wrong idea, man. :snigger: This isn't the 'Keiichi as Hild's son' idea, but a much earlier one, where after the incident, Keiichi kept the entirety of the Lord of Terror's power.

As for Hild's presence... let's just say things will get 'interesting' in the Morisato residence...

I've actually considered merging the two ideas though. I'm in the process of rewriting this part and adding more, so the question is... should I add extra stuff and make it a mesh with my 'Keiichi as Hild's son' idea, or should I keep them separate?

Both options work, for me.

I say no mesh--but that purely because I want to see at least one OMG fic where K1 isn't totally mean or anything, because that totally screams "tragic ending"...but what do I know? My brain is a rock, in that it's brittle and set in its opinions.

But that's just my opinion.

Even ijn the other idea, Keiichi isn't totally mean. He's still keiichi - his upbringing plays a big part in his personality.

The only difference in being Hild's son over the canon one is that he'd tend to be less patient if provoked, and get even in rather creative ways instedad of getting mad.

As for this idea, well, he's technically the Lord of Terror, but there's a bit of a mess as well. :p You'll see, assuming I keep the ideas separate.

I say keep them seperate. While it might be a fun dynamic making him Hild's son, at the moment, I'll save that bit for another story. Here, you have just him being the LoT. Given his power, and the fact that he is now on "Hell's" side (while not mentally, certainly power wise. :p), that alone should be enough to make it 'fun' in the Morisato temple, without the added situation of him being her son.

Definetly keep them separate.
Sorry I hadn't payed attention to the choice... the power of LoT is still part of young Mr. Morisato, huh? Well at least when he decides to be brave (read as 'macho'), he'll have the firepower to back it up :snigger:

Also it opens the door for a different fic were K1 is the son of Hild.

anyway... keep up the good work and hope to read more! :yay:

It should be great to find out the three goddesses ractions to Keiichi still having the LoT's power. Wonder if that will effect the contract of the wish he made to Bell at the beginning of the series?

I don't see why it would effect the contract too much. Of anything, this would be a way for The Almighty to keep tabs on Keiichi. Prevent Hild from gaining a true advantage by keeping one of his Goddesses close to him.

Simmy...

Have you been sneaking peeks at my drafts again?

Because that's exactly the deal Kamisama and Hild agreed to. :snigger:

The detail: Hild can, if she wants, recall Keiichi back to Hell anytime, and if the Goddesses want to keep any sort of track on him, they have to follow, which could be an unpleasant experience to say the least :p

Well, that seems like a good way to look at it. Maybe Keitaro could try to use the power he got from the LoT on a demon(especially Mara) if another one ever comes around.

I guess there isn't a reason why he couldn't use one against a demon especially if they were to ever say, hurt one of the goddesses or try to attack him. But, I don't see why Hild would allow any of her demons to do just that when he's on 'her' side. She might try to trick one of the goddesses, but I doubt they would do anything that would warrant a retaliatory attack from LoT!Keiichi.

And if anything, Keiichi's problem wouldn't be demon attacks, but demon after his hawtness. B)

Marller is actually very friendly towards him in this scenario. Not 'hey, let's shag' friendly, but she has no problem working with him.

It's only the Goddesses she has a problem with, and in more than one occasion, she drags Keiichi away to show him around Hell. Or rather, that's the excuse - in truth, she's just trying to piss the Norns off.

Do you know if you'll have Keitaro get trained in the use of his powers(Imagines scenarios where the traing goes comically wrong)?

Secondly, this post is as pointless as they come.

Let me say two things.

First, I really don't have enough spite in me at the moment to say much.

Second, Botmaster.... here's a pic for ya.

Good night. I'm so tired of this bullshit.

~The Ecchi Sessha

P.S. Mosh, Simmy and GH, love those pics. Why you ask?

Good night.... for real this time.

Edit: *points to his entire post* This is why you should be "awake" when typing. I can't remember if I was trying to be funny or an ass......
