A while back I'd found an interesting bit of animation called Nosferatu that had two things done. It was set in a school, had the main characters being a Vampire, a cheerful mad scientist, a ninja, and someone from the Hellsing family. The first episode was a semi-childish fight between the hellsing and the vampire. The second involved the ninja getting a device that replicates a person.
