As much as I hate Ocarina of Time, Arxane's novelization of it is pretty cool, I suppose. (If unrealistic at several points.)

A pretty good Zelda fic is Ascention by Damien I would say. Updates once in a blue moon but at least it isnt dead

Well, the golden power was 2 evenings well spent. Epic in every way, could do with a bit more citrus though.
Ascension, though containing some formatting errors is still fun to read, and excellent suggestion.

TP. Concerning four characters who weren't as well explored as they deserved to be. Ashei, Auru, Rusl and Shad played as much of a part as any in this chapter of Hyrule's history. Eventual spoilers, obviously.

Link returns home to Hyrule after a journey that has eaten the rest of his childhood. What he finds is a peaceful land on the outside, but a political scene full of turmoil he doesn't understand. Chapter 17! Oh there's the plot! I thought I lost that!

I'm sorry about necroing this thread, but I'm looking for a Zelda fic where Link lost his memory Post OoT. Everyone else (the sages I think) remember except him. Zelda as Sheik poses as Link's best friend and keeps this fact from him.
And of course Ganondorf comes back. Last I read it, the story was complete. Anyone remember.
