Abandoned Fics

It seems that Psyckosama has uploaded a rewrite of Awkward Consequences in Fanfiction.net

I am not quite sure about the differences between the original and the rewritten version, since I have not read it.

I am HOPING that this means the fic will be continued, and hopefully, finished since I regard this as one of the best Ranma/Hotaru SM fics in the fandom.

Most of the differences i've read thusfar are very artificial, and he hasn't corrected some fairly obvious grammatical mistakes, which is kind of disappointing.

But otherwise... I'm VERY happy to see him picking this back up.

I'd actually like to see 'Circumstances and Consequences' by him continued as well. I have the prologue and chapter 1, but he did nothing more with it.

I thought it an interesting method for Setsuna and Ranma to have met. It really need not have been lemon in any future content, but an actual 'friends with benefits' relationship for them is something I think they both could use.

Do you have the second part? It was never posted on the home page that I can recall, only to the FFML.

I generally class any story or any author not having updated in a one year time as 'Possibly Dead'.

Sadly, this also includes 'On A Clear Day You Can See Forever' by M MacKinnon. This is despite his last entry from about a week ago stating he was working on it. Once the next chapter is out, I'll reclass him and the story as alive again.

He's actually updated his website? Last time I checked, it was October 2006 ("Happy Canuck Thanksgiving" and all) the last time he updated, and his fic was hanging longer than that. I can't connect to his site either, in order to feel free to weep tears of rejoicing that he's not dead.

Poor Minako's been staring at the wrong end of that Hiryu Shoten Ha for way too long.

It's still Happy Canuck Thanksgiving, but you need to check the dates more closely. It's 2007
