Nasuverse And Then It Rained

Holy...

Well, I wasn't expecting this kind of response. Guess I'll have to write some more, then.

Lot's of questions, hmmm....

So why will Raphael's body turn to dust? Does it have something in common with his psychotic Jeffrey Dahmerisc aspirations?
Eh, honestly I didn't think much about it. I simply assumed that being a professional supernatural assassin, Raphael would probably have a way to dispose of bodies, including his own, so as not to cause himself (or in the case of his own death, his employers/allies) trouble. :sisi:

And who's Jeffrey Dahmerisc anyways?

My big question would be where the hell did that last spiel our buddy Raphael spat out come from? You know, the whole:

but tell me, if you manage to survive this, what will you do when the time to sin truly comes and thereÆs no other way to fulfill your ideals than walking down the vilest paths?ö
I dunno, maybe (probably) it's just my lack of sleep, or just a lack of knowledge about what Shirou did in that mission that's throwing me off, but it feels kinda like he'd have to know a little too much about Shirou's life than even Shirou does.
Well, Shirou does have somewhat of a history of giving speeches about "Justice" when sufficiently roused and not (yet) in a life-threatening situation. With his ideals shaken as they are, and in the middle of a battle he doesn't know if he can win, he doesn't give one to Raphael in this story, but who's to say he didn't do it the first time he encountered Raphael or his allies?

I'm wondering how this will remain a oneshot.
...and I think Revenant_Dragoon answered this particular question before I even got here. Besides, on the off-chance that it does get too long to be read comfortably as a oneshot, I'll just split it into two parts before uploading to FF.Net.

Well, I think that's it. Unless life randomly decides to screw me over (which I doubt), I'll definitely post another snippet today. :D

'isc' means 'of' or 'like' I believe. Jeffrey Dahmer was rather famous at one point for his gruesome murders, and unusual methods of dealing with the bodies, namely eating them and/or using them for apparently necrophiliac purposes. To put it simply, an undeniable pyscopath.

*massive explosion*

*Jumps into the scene dramatically, black coat flying around in the wind*

*trips over a broken pipe, falling and hitting his head*

Ow.

Anyways, it's been a while, folks, but fear ye not - I bring you...

*drumroll*

A snippet!

----

ôI have a secret that I havenÆt told youàö

Shirou paused, waiting for a comment from Ayako, a dramatic interruption from someone coming into the house, anything of the sort that usually tended to happen in moments like these, but there was nothing. He went on.

ôàIÆm a magician.ö

He looked at Ayako, expecting a response. The girl just stared at him as if he were insane, and then slowly shook her head, wiping away several strands of blood-matted hair from her brow.

ôAà ma-magicianà?ö

Shirou nodded.

ôYes, though IÆm not a-ô

ôW-wait, Emiya!ö Ayako interrupted, looking at him with desperate eyes, ôDonÆtà donÆt you realizeà donÆt you realize w-what youÆre telling me?ö

Shirou nodded, and taking a deep breath, went on.

ôAyako, there really isnÆt any other way of going about it. Magic, or rather, sorcery, exists, and after seeing what youÆve seen, thereÆs no use in trying to give you false truths.ö

Ayako looked away, her breathing quickening and eyes rapidly blinking.

ôAfterà after what I-IÆve seenàö she murmured, ôyouà you mean what you andà andà and that m-man did, it was m-magic?ö

ôYes,ö Shirou asserted.

ôI- I c-canÆt believe thatà E-Emiyaàö she said, starting to shake her head compulsively as tears once more began to well up in her eyes, ôAndà and e-even ifà if I didà even if you c-could use m-magicà when you killed that manà magic didnÆt matter! You just c-cut him open! You cut him open!ö

ôAyako, calm down!ö

The girl, who had been about to get up from the couch, instantly grew quiet at the exclamation, staring at Shirou in fright. Sighing, Shirou calmly placed a gloved hand on her shoulder and gently pushed her back into her seat. She stayed put, but her eyes were now firmly fixed on ShirouÆs hand, her whole body shivering in fright.

ôPl-please donÆt touch meàö she muttered. Shirou immediately withdrew his hand, as if he had been burned.

ôAyakoàö

ôIsà is that what magic is for, Emiyaà to kill other people, nothing else?ö

ôListen to me, Shirou, sorcery is a thing that will bring conflict-ô

æFatherà but you didnÆt stop there, did you?Æ

Shirou looked Ayako in the eye and shook his head.

ôNo. Sorceryà sorcery is there to be used for to the sake of others, never for your own.ö

ôBut you ki-killed that man-ô

ôListen, Ayako,ö Shirou said, interrupting her, ôRaphael was not a good man. Perhaps- perhaps if all of this hadnÆt happened so suddenly, you would understand. He would have killed you, Ayako, he was going to kill you, and I had to stop him.ö

Ayako just looked at him despondently, tears starting to rise in her eyes.

ôS-stop him, E-Emiya? Youà you slaughtered himà ifà if you have magicà there were so many ways to stop him, b-but all you did was make those swordsà why? Why do it?ö

Shirou sighed, bowing his head slightly.

ôIà IÆm not a good magician, Ayako, not in the way most would see it. IÆm a failure at traditional sorcery, and because of that, my power, if you could call it that, centers around only one thing.ö

Gingerly, he extended his gloved hand, showing Ayako his open palm. After a few seconds of concentration, energy started crackling along its surface as his magical circuits responded to his will. Ayako flinched at the display, pushing herself back on the couch. Shirou hastened to quicken the process, pushing more energy into the thing.

Finally, there was a small flash of light, and Shirou was holding a short piece of iron, molded carefully into the shape of a small flower.

ôFl-flowers?ö Ayako asked, looking almost offended through her fear.

Shirou shook his head, letting the flower fall vertically onto a nearby coffee table. The pointed tip of the stem sliced through the wood like butter, cleaving the flower into the table.

ôWeapons,ö Shirou said, ôI can only make weapons, nothing else. And even if I could do something else, Raphael was beyond redemption. I couldnÆt have-ô

ShirouÆs eyes widened and he stopped himself, realizing heÆd just been about to go off in a long spiel about himself, something Ayako didnÆt want to hear.

æPathetic, really patheticà self-pity when Ayako is in this state. My hero.Æ

ôIÆm sorry,ö he said, ôthis isnÆt about me, and neither should it be. IÆll tell you what you need to know-ô

ôWaità please wait, Emiya.ö

Shirou stopped again, looking at Ayako quizzically. The girl, though still shaken, looked quite a bit more determined than sheÆd had before.

ôYouà you said... that that manà this Raphaelà you said that he was beyond redemptionàö

ôYes, I did say that,ö Shirou responded, blinking in confusion.

Ayako nodded, then, appearing to gather her courage, spoke again.

ôAnd whatà what makes you the judge of that?ö

Shirou started, completely taken aback. He could feel his mind grasping for words, but no answer came forth.

ôIàö

Ayako sighed, giving him a dejected, tired look, her fear apparently displaced by a sort of doleful disappointment.

ôNo answer, huh?ö she muttered, eyes downcast, ôIà I th-thought as muchàö

ôAyako, I-ô

ôEmiyaàö she interrupted, staring straight at him ôI want to leave. Justà tell me what I need to know not to ever get into something like this again. Ever again. And then justà just let me go...ö

Shirou sighed, feeling like beating his head against a wall. Just about everything that could have possibly gone wrong had gone wrong, almost as if a divine conspiracy had been unfolding against him. To top that, it was already getting late, and soon enough AyakoÆs absence from her home would go from worrying to alarming, and heÆd have an even bigger problem in his hands.

There was no fixing this. He couldnÆt explain himself to Ayako. Indeed, he wasnÆt sure if, at this point, he could explain himself to himself. All he could do was to give Ayako what she wanted.

So he did. For the next half-hour, he told her of the existence of sorcery, the basics of it, and most importantly the dangers of her having seen it in action. He told her of the MagesÆ Association, and of their harsh policies against those who discovered sorcery, carefully omitting that according to their rules she was supposed to be dead. He told her of the Church and its agents, and warned her about there being other mages in Fuyuki besides him. He did not, however, mention Rin TohsakaÆs nature. Much as Rin was a good friend of AyakoÆs, hers was not ShirouÆs secret to tell.

When all was said and done, he allowed Ayako to stand up from the couch, which she did shakily, pausing only to look herself over in a disgusted frown.

ôI canÆt leave like this,ö she muttered, running her hands over her grime-encrusted clothing, paling slightly every time the mud changed into bloodstains, ôI can just wash my face and hair in the sink, but the uniformàö

ôIÆve a spare in the guest room,ö Shirou responded unthinkingly, pointing towards a door, ôTohsaka left it there once and hasnÆt come back for it.ö

æWait a minute, did I just let slip that Rin has slept in this house? Oh-æ

Ayako just stared at him, then slowly shook her head in seeming disgust and walked into the guest room.

Several minutes later, she was clean and ready, and Shirou was walking her out of the house towards the complex entrance. When they reached it, he stood several meters away from her, allowing her to pass through, saying nothing. She did so, but paused at the threshold, as if wanting to say something. Shirou could only hope it would be something good, but at this stageà

ôEmiya?ö

ôYes, Ayako?ö

ôPlease donÆt follow me.ö

Questions? Comments? Flames?

The next snippet will be up a lot sooner than this one, since I want to finish this fic quickly (but not with less quality). It's been languishing in my folders for far too long, holding my other projects back as I procrastinate writing it.

Oh, and for the next snippet? Rin. Rin, Rin, and moar Rin. Because even if it didn't make sense (which it does), she's too unbearably hot not to have a leading role. /fanboy

Hmmm... I only thought of one thing that would have possibly eased the situation a bit. he should have told her he is successful at *2* powers, not *1*. He did not mention he can also reinforce and fix and figure out mechanical things with his abilities. As such, while it could not have been used in the fight, it would have perhaps eased her impression a bit off the battle aspects.

True, he could do that... or he could have her come back and SEE him repairing something. As they say, "Its better to show than tell." Perhaps she could see Shirou still has some humanity in him, not just the "killer" she saw.

I must say overall i'm liking this story. It's so nice to find "good" Fate/Stay Night fanfiction. Hell, good Type Moon fanfiction is always welcome in my book.

Oh, missed this one. The meaning you're talking about is correct, but the word you're looking for isn't -isc. It's -esque.

Ayako's reaction, logical and understandable and human as it is, begins to annoy me. I want to shake her until her brain clicks back into place.

Apart from that, Ray, it's great to see more of this. :)

You're right, my english teachers are probably rolling in their graves right now :ph43r: . In any case good story so far, and while I find Ayako's reactions annoying, I think they're alot more true to what kind of reactions you could expect. It'd probably take something along the lines of a kidnapping to wake her up.

Hello, didn't expect to see this one updated. Very nice addition here, Ray. Ayako's reaction is understandable, and realistic. (Though I have to second Trev here in that I want to knock some common sense into her at times)

Oh, and for the next snippet? Rin. Rin, Rin, and moar Rin.
Oh? Wait, please tell me that Rin hits Ayako with a clue-by-four. That would be made of win and awesome.

...okay, question time: was Raphael alone when he went to deal with Shirou? Or did he (or his employer) think to send backup? Because if another assassin's out there... oh that wouldn't end well. No siree.

All in all, an excellent update. :yay:

It may have helped, but Ayako was rather scared of sorcery. Showing her more than what was absolutely needed might not have been a very good idea.

Heh. I want to finish this before moving on to the Shadow and the Flame. Too much of an attachment to just leave it incomplete, you see.

And yeah, I was getting kinda annoyed at Ayako's reaction myself, which is why I cut the scene short (it was going to be much longer). Don't worry, though, she'll get some sense knocked into her soon.

Raphael wasn't alone, far from it, and Shirou certainly suspects that his reinforcements will be arriving soon, he knows that his enemies aren't dumb. And even if he was clueless enough not to realize that Raphael might have backup, Rin would probably realize that the moment he told her.

Oh? Wait, please tell me that Rin hits Ayako with a clue-by-four. That would be made of win and awesome.
You'll see. :D

I feel compelled to second RD's request for Rin to hit Ayako over the head with a clue-by-four. Most entertaining indeed.

As said before, a most realistic, and highly annoying, response. Well done. Now if you can just keep getting everyone else in character in the hard spots like this, you will do just fine.

looking forward to more, when it is finished, as always.

Hm. It's been a while, guys. Here's a small snippet to tide you over. Strangely enough, it contains the highest dose of Sakura I have ever administered, though that isn't really saying a lot.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It must be hard, walking down this path.

YouÆre a fool.

Have you realized it now, that you canÆt save everyone? To preserve the many, you must slaughter the few. And if you refuse to do this, if you refuse to draw blood, both the many and the few will die and your effort will be for naught.

YouÆre a monster.

Your father realized that. But he went a bit too far, didnÆt he? Shed too much blood.

Will you do the same?

Shirou awoke, blinking blearily as the morning light hit him. Wearily, he tried to get up from his futon, only to groan in pain and fall back onto it, his entire body sore.

æDamnà itàÆ

Sighing, he rolled over, and tried to get up again, wincing as his joints cracked in protest. He managed it this time, however, and sat cross-legged on the futon, breathing deeply.

ôBad dreams,ö he muttered. Bad dreams, and only a few hours of sleep. Despite AyakoÆs request, Shirou hadnÆt been able to bring himself to let her go alone, unprotected, and had shadowed her the entire way to her home, silently jumping from rooftop to rooftop, out of her sight.

After that, heÆd spent part of the night patrolling the area around her home to make sure it was safe, until wearingess had finally won out and heÆd been forced to go back home.

This, coupled with his previous battle with Raphael, had left him a mess. It was a wonder heÆd actually managed to wake up.

æThese will take a while to stop hurting,Æ Shirou thought with a grunt as he examined the bruises along his torso, æespecially since I wonÆt be able to rest. I still have to go to school-æ

ôSenpai! Senpai!ö

Shirou started at the sudden exclamation, reflexes acting up as he ignored his previous pain and jumped up from where he was seated just as the door to his room slid open.

It was Sakura, smiling at him from the doorway. She was, as always, plainly dressed and neatly groomed, but an uncharacteristically excited look was set on her face.

ôSenpai, youÆre back!ö

Timidly, she stepped into the room, though her smile was unwavering. She walked towards Shirou, stopping with less than a meter of distance between them.

ôI was- I mean, Fujimura-san and I were worried about you. We thought youÆd be arriving in the city with enough time for dinner, so when nightfall came and you werenÆt around, we got worried.ö

Shirou smiled tiredly at her, scratching the back of his head.

ôNo need to get worried, really,ö he said, ôI just got delayed in getting here, and then when I finally arrived there was anà inconvenience. Nothing to worry about, though, nothing at allàö

ôItÆs alright senpai,ö Sakura asserted, smiling back. Suddenly, her face seemed just that bit much closer to his, her body almost pressing up against himà

ôItÆs alrightàö

ôSa-Sakura!ö

All it took was a single exclamation and Sakura, whoÆd looked very close to eating him alive, was standing innocently by the doorway, looking for the entire world as if nothing had happened.

ôWell, senpai, IÆm really glad youÆre back,ö she said, ôbreakfast is almost served, so you should come out quick. Everyone is waiting for you.ö

She was about to leave when Shirou came out of his stupor, calling her back.

ôSakura!ö

The girl turned around, smiling.

ôYes, senpai?ö

ôWhyà whyàö

æWhy were you trying to molest me?Æ

ôSenpai?ö

ôWhy arenÆt you in your school uniform?ö Shirou asked feebly, not really feeling up to dealing with what he actually wanted to ask.

ôThatÆs a strange question, senpai,ö Sakura said, cocking her head to the side, ôwhy would I be? ItÆs Sunday.ö

ôSunday?ö

ôYes, senpai. Now, IÆd better be going, breakfast isnÆt going to serve itself!ö

Shirou nodded dumbly. Things had been so hectic heÆd actually forgotten what day it was?

ôOh, and senpai?ö

ôSakura?ö Shirou asked, gulping. The predatory, almost carnivorous look was back on her face, and she was staring at him unabashedly.

ôYou should put a shirt on.ö

ôWhat?ö

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Shirou slumped on the living room couch, fully dressed, black coat lying bunched up by his side.

Breakfast had been aà hectic affair, to put it mildly. After nearly getting clobbered by Fuji-nee over making her worry so much, Shirou had gotten a faceful of little girl as Ilya, his adopted little sister, had thrown herself at him, latching on and refusing to let go for most of the meal. This, coupled with SakuraÆs strange behavior, had made for a rather unsettling experience.

TheyÆd all left now, however, Fuji-nee to take care of some school papers and Sakura to shop for groceries and take care of something at the now almost completely abandoned Matou residence. Ilya had demanded to stay with Shirou, but Fuji-nee, noting how tired Shirou was and how hyperactive Ilya seemed to be, had taken pity on the boy, dragging the white-haired little girl along with her in an epic struggle.

Shirou sighed.

æWhat a dayà and itÆs only just started. Ugh.Æ

He looked at his coat, gloves, and boots, grimly noting that heÆd resolved to go patrol the area around AyakoÆs house again.

ôAt least there wonÆt be any school to worry about today-ô

Shirou abruptly stopped his muttering, a cold chill running down the length of his spine. In a flash, he was standing up from the couch; hands wide open in preparation to perform sorcery. Quickly, he slipped his boots on, hastily walking through the living room.

æThe front entranceàÆ

The dangerous presence was almost suffocating, but the wards werenÆt ringing, yet. Shirou looked around, unnerved. What kind of person could possibly produce such an aura without actually meaning him bodily harm?

Gritting his teeth, Shirou approached the front door, bending his knees slightly to settle into a combat stance. The presence was getting closer.

æWhoever it is, they're just outside the dooràÆ

With a grunt, Shirou reached for his magical circuits, feeling the blades only a push away from appearing in his hands. The only thing stopping him now was the fact that the wards had yet to ringà

WHAM!

The door, almost blown off its hinges, flew open with explosive force, and now Shirou could see his would-be assailant.

Black hair. Slender legs. Angry blue eyes.

Death itself.

ôEMIYA!ö

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just a little bit. Because this particular snippet is so short, I'll do my best to post again tomorrow. Next up, moar Rin, and poor little Ayako getting screwed over again (at least this time there'll be damage control). :D

I haven't read this yet, so I can't comment on the story itself, but as I was skimming, I spotted something:

ôWhy arenÆt you in your school uniform?ö Shirou asked feebly, not really feeling up to dealing with what he actually wanted to ask.

ôThatÆs a strange question, senpai,ö Sakura said, cocking her head to the side, ôwhy would I be? ItÆs a Saturday.ö

ôSaturday?ö
In Japan, Saturday is a school day. The only day off (disregarding holidays) is Sunday.

Ah, yes. I vaguely recalled something along those lines while writing that part, but being somewhat pressed for time I decided to skip the research and just assumed that no culture could possibly be insane enough to allow only one day of rest during the entire week.

Guess I was wrong. :p

Snippet time!

----

ôAlright then, Emiya, explain yourself.ö

Shirou gulped, trepidation filling him as Rin Tohsaka gestured angrily at the unconscious body of Ayako, who was currently lying on the living room couch.

ôRin, what-ô

ôOh, donÆt even try it,ö Rin said, glaring at him, ôYou know what you did. You told her about sorcery! Do you have any idea what that means!?ö

Shirou sighed, wishing he could just slump into the couch, ignore the situation, and take a nap. Unfortunately, this was not possible.

ôI suppose you want to hear the events behind this?ö

RinÆs stare became almost venomous.

ôYou suppose

ôAlright, alrightàö Shirou sighed. ôJust one thing, though û why exactly is Ayako here?ö

Rin turned to look at Ayako and let out a breath, absently scratching the back of her head.

ôHonestly? I couldnÆt find anything else to do with her.ö She frowned. ôOne moment IÆm minding my own damn business, and then Ayako bursts in, blabbering something about you, a man in a blue coat, and how she knows about sorcery and IÆm the only one she could trust.ö

ôAnd then?ö Shirou asked.

ôAnd then I knocked her out,ö Rin answered with a shrug, fixing Shirou an accusing stare, ôand brought her to you, because I knew youÆd have something to do with it.ö

æAnd sheÆs right. Figures.Æ

ôYeah,ö Shirou muttered tiredly, ôpretty obvious, I guess.ö

ôYou guess!?ö Rin shrieked, ôEmiya, you complete idiot! AyakoÆs my friend too, and if she knowsà you know what the rule is! Those who learn of sorcery must be killed! Maybe if she could keep a secret, but the first thing she did was run to tell me!ö

She trailed off, placing a hand on her forehead and shaking her head in exasperation. Smart enough to recognize the calm before the storm, Shirou decided heÆd best speak up.

ôTohsaka, I had no choice,ö he said, ôI was attacked while Ayako was with me, and I had no choice but to use sorcery to keep the both of us from getting killed.ö

Rin looked up, staring at him quizzically.

ôYou were attacked?ö she asked with a frown, ôDoes this have to do with that insane trip you marched off to?ö

ôYeah,ö Shirou answered grimly, ôyeah, it does.ö

ôBut I got the notice from the Association the day before yesterday,ö Rin muttered, ôThe bastards assured me everything went well, your team managed to recover the grimoire, and the case was closed.ö

ôThey lied,ö Shirou said, frowning, fists clenched, ônothing went well. We managed to recover the grimoire, yes, but the Association conveniently forgot to mention the cost of that.ö

Rin looked at him cautiously, examining him with her eyes.

ôWhat happened, Emiya?ö

ôEverything that could go wrong went wrong,ö Shirou said, feeling anger bubble up in the pit of his stomach, ôNyvel, Miss Hisau, and I met with the team at the location, near a small village. Rural Japan, or whatÆs left of it. But there were already people there, Rin. Civilian treasure hunters and village people. They got in the way, and to top it all off we vastly underestimated our enemyÆs capabilities, and Don Marco da Gagliano was particularly ruthless.ö

Rin blinked.

ôYou faced the Italian mafia?ö

ôNo, but close enough.ö Shirou answered with a sigh, ôBut thatÆs not all of it. As the team was slowly picked off and the situation deteriorated, we made a last dash for the grimoire, but we were betrayed. Not only did the enemy already have the grimoire, they knew what we were about to do and attacked, slaughtering most of the team and the civilians, kidnapping others, including someone I swore to protectàö

Rin shook her head at this, fists clenched in impotent anger.

ôNyvel, Miss. Hisau and I managed to sneak past the frontal attack in an attempt to get the grimoire, and I faced Don Marco and his bodyguard, andà and I killed them, getting the grimoire back. But when Don Marco died his men didnÆt know what to do, and most of the hostages were killed when they retreated, includingà including the person I swore to protect.ö

ôEmiyaàö

ôAfter that, I thought it was over,ö Shirou said, the anger rolling off of him in vibes, ôI thought it was finally over, damn it, but the moment I got here I was attacked by one of that bastardÆs assassins, and I killed him. I killed him, and he deserved it!ö

He slammed a fist into the nearby coffee table, breathing heavily in anger. Rin just stared at him with an expression of mixed shock and pity, taken aback by the emotional outburst.

Tentatively, she reached out to him, placing a hand on ShirouÆs shoulder with an awkward expression, then slowly got closer, eventually encircling the boy in a hug, pressing herself against him. Dumbfounded, Shirou could do nothing but stare, his anger taken away by the sudden surprise.

ôTohsaka, what the-ô

Rin just sighed, shaking her head without letting go.

ôEmiya, you idiot,ö she muttered, ôyou stupid, stupid idiotàö

She let go after a few minutes, locking stares with him for a few seconds. Idly, Shirou noticed that her eyes were slightly wet.

ôLetÆs go to the kitchen,ö she said, ôIÆll make some tea.ö

They did so, and soon enough the two of them were seated around the kitchen table, each calmly drinking a cup.

After several minutes of silence, Rin finally spoke up, looking at Shirou from her cup.

ôSoàö she said, ôwhat do you plan to do now?ö

ôWhat do you mean?ö Shirou asked.

ôWell,ö Rin said, ôyouÆre going to have to face this situation. If you were attacked once thereÆs a great chance that it will happen again.ö

Shirou nodded.

ôYeah, I thought as much. I was planning to go patrolling around AyakoÆs area of town today, just in case they hadnÆt focused on her because of me, but-ô

He stopped short, interrupted by a loud shriek coming from the living room.

And btw...

You are very cruel. Showing a Sakura who wants to rape Shirou but you do so in a story where she's not part of the harem.
Eh, the romance, even if by the end there's anything other than just its initial stages, won't really be the focus of this fic. I just threw Sakura's attitude there for fun. I figure that since the Fate scenario lacks Zouken, and Shinji's bitten the dust, she'd be acting a lot more freely on her impulses, and I wanted to use that to poke some fun at Shirou.

Awesome snippet!

Hopefully Ayako gets hit with a clue by four rather soon. If not... well I could settle with another snippet! :D :D :D :D

ôHonestly? I couldnÆt find anything else to do with her.ö She frowned. ôOne moment IÆm minding my own damn business, and then Ayako bursts in, blabbering something about you, a man in a blue coat, and how she knows about sorcery and IÆm the only one she could trust.ö

ôAnd then?ö Shirou asked.

ôAnd then I knocked her out,ö
That line is good enough for the Amusing Fanfiction Quotes thread.
