If that were the results of an angered Kuchiki, then Kisuke made a mental note to never do so himself.

The two heads bouncing within their cage turned to look at Kisuke in unison and tried to speak, but all he saw was bubbles. He really wished they wouldn't do that. He might be an eccentric scientist, but even this stretched the limits of acceptability. Though he did wonder how a being functioned when it consisted only of heads.

Kisuke sighed, reaching to take the... thing from Ichigo before he dropped it in his haste to be rid of the burden. ôI suppose this is another Espada?ö

ôYeah, sort of like a shapeshifter,ö Ichigo replied with a strange look on his face as though recalling something he had recently witnessed. ôHe said he was the ninth before Rukia iced one of his legs off.ö

ôSo he did originally have limbs?ö

There was a moment of silence.

ôRukia was really, really angry.ö

At some points it seems like a novelization, felt like a copy and paste from the manga/anime. It seems that the author realized that halfway and stepped his game up.

You mean the fact that he actually calls her Harribel? Just because someone says that her name is spelled different than it sounds doesn't make it true. It just means he can't spell.

Hmm? Halibel and Harribel are now pretty much interchangeable in the fandom. Some really don't like the now clarified spelling, and others are so used to Halibel that it's hard to go back. I'd imagine the reason it's the same is due to continuity or something similar, changing it now would lead to having to go back and find all the other Halibel's and change them too, though not caring for the double r would be just as justified.

Kinda like the Discontinuity that was created when Ulquiorra's last name's spelling was revealed. For some reason people REALLY hated Cifer.

Edit: Looking at your comment again however, he still uses Halibel though. I'm just rolling with whichever pops into my head when I'm typing. Personally don't care either way myself.
