Ranma ½ Can anyone recommend good alt-pairing Ranma fics?

To my knowledge... there aren't any. I suppose many people just don't find Kaori all that interesting a character.
Look in the Ranma/Kasumi lemon thread over in the Lemon Forum. Both hawker and I posted different links for Vampire!Kasumi, although I think that hawker's is more likely to be the one you're looking for.
EDIT: Hmm... apparently I was mistaken about hawker linking it. I found it though, after a short search.

There are precious few crossovers that I like. Most of them are disasters waiting to happen, where one of the two sides gets an unfair powerup or is shown as more badass.
I like Invictus (Naruto/Ranma), even though it grossly UNDERPOWERS Naruto. Seriously, KUNO injuring Naruto? Please. Naruto takes beatings worse than what Kuno can do (Haku, anyone?) on a regular basis, and still fights without paying it much heed. How the HECK is a twerp like Kuno supposed to do anything more than piss him off?
And Sasuke being defeated by Ranma's Amaguriken is also pretty damn stupid, seeing how when using the Curse Seal and Sharingan, he was predicting Naruto's attacks... and Naruto was moving a good deal faster than Ranma's Amaguriken speed. Hell, he was moving at Rock Lee speed, and we all know Lee could leave the entire Ranma cast in the dust.

That's the problem with crossovers, unless the two+ shows are perfectly matched the power gap between would just be too much, it's like the HPxElminster thing you guys had mentioned before, one or the other is just completely outclassed. And that's why crossovers almost never work, though I did see a Ranma/Dungeon Keeper 2 fic awhile back that was pretty good.
Ya... Crossovers can get freaking weird sometimes. <_<

Well, it's not quite as amusing as you would think. However, there ARE a few golden parts on the fic. Like Mutsumi being a Mistress, and Motoko getting... converted. :lol:
