I came over here to remark about that change and y'all beat me to it 
Perverted I am! Tentacle monsters? I wish someone would look into gene research relating to that...
And reading the beginning of this page... as far as yaoi goes... I'd never encountered it until I was suprise-attacked by a SeiferxSquall :headbanger: :headbanger: :headbanger:
Shortly after I started reading fanfiction, actually... I learned quickly how to spot them :sweat:
As far as yuri goes, I write it, so What can I say? I was influenced heavily by certain friends... somehow, most of my perverted chat-buddies end up being yuri-cons... and the KonoSetsu fics are the first ones I've posted to actually get more than one review, so...

Oh, the story I HAVE to tell...
Some guys I knew back in high school, who were about two years behind me, did something shortly after I left that will live in infamy... for the one that did it, anyway. He and a few others were obsessed with Sonic the Hedgehog for some reason or other. So one of them, who's kind of an ass, decides that, as a lark, he'll copy/paste a sonic fanfiction into word and then replace all the names with names of himself and his friends.
The problem? He didn't read it first :rofl:
So changing the name of Shadow to his own, and the name of sonic to one of his buddies, also a guy... well...
And then he PRINTED it, and PASSED OUT COPIES to a few of his friends. All without reading it first.
Having passed out copies of a yaoi fic with your name pasted in is something you just DO NOT live down :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

I was just about to comment on the new group name change. Heh, I guess I really am behind.
It feels funny to be labelled as such, but, ironically, it's true
I mean, look, even the standard threads (OUTSIDE the lemon forum) are going the way of the hentai, or at least, ecchi.

Now that I've caught my breath and thought about it for a bit, I realized I had but one question....WHO ON GOD'S SWEET GREEN EARTH WOULD WRITE SONIC/SHADOW YAOI?!

Every bit as pure as the English language?! That in itself is a paradox. The English language has slowly evolved to adapt to the gradual fall of everything pure and pristine into darkness and corruption. We were never as pure as the English Language. We sort of co-evolved. ^_^
I'll give you an example. The permit for people to conduct endeavours to create offspring was once called the permit for 'Fornication Under Consent of King'. Obviously, to make things simpler, they made an abbreviation of the permit. Go ahead, abbreviate Fornication Under Consent of King (without the o from of) and what do you get?
See how far we've taken the abbreviation? We've even forgotten where it came from.

I'm personally fond of the theory that everyone is a pervert and just won't admit it. After all, it's the way we're hardwired, right?
