Kinda. Despite much flak from this community, lord of the land of fire seems to be the only one that has produced consistent quality throughout his stories. So if it starts fairly good, it'll likely end fairly good.

I would also recommend checking out Sekirei Lifestyle by neenuhz. A surprising freshman work for a fanfic writer. Just wish the damned thing would update.

Constantly disappointed that we've produced ideas but not a single fanfic for Sekirei.

Reading anything by lord of the land of fire is a guilty pleasure at best. But he's one of the only Sekirei authors. I like The Wind Flower the best.

There have got to be Shinobi who would love to learn how to make any conceivable nin tool out of paper and chakra. Besides, she's a history teacher and they do teach history at the Konoha Shinobi Academy.

How and why would she have the credentials to teach in Konoha? They're ninja. They're not exactly trusting of outsiders.

Besides, paper isn't that great a tool in a world where water, fire, and other such things can be spewed out people's mouths with seemingly little difficulty.

And even if it was, Konan's existence makes Yomiko unnecessary.

I'd suggest further details go in the Naruto forum, if you want to flesh this idea out any more than this.

For some reason, I'm imagining that Earth is making GaoFighGar and Megatron, now that Earth doesn't have the King of Braves on its side, would steal Phantom Gao and remote-control it to become GaoFighGar.

Yomiko's paper is Godly. It's fireproof, bulletproof, laserproof, and even waterproof. Most other paper users can't use wet paper but she can.
