I've seen a couple, but none are very well written.? Entertaining, yes, but they're simple rehashes of the R+V plotline with minor changes or Ranma being Godlike.? I'd like to see some that go their own way and actually develop the characters.
I was outlining one that needs a freash set of eyes. One of the things I had changed was that Ranma doesn't pull off the Rosario like Tsukune, nor does he get blood transfusion pumps. Ever. Also, Moka annoys him a lot. Mostly because he HATES being bitten. But he also hates seeing her be all wounded, so general, he sucks it up. But it's not an endearing trait, which changes the Krumu dynamic a bit, though she's not aware of Ranma's a Moka's situation till after she tries to seduce him (and lucky me, there's actually a water basin nearby in CANON. Wai!
). Bottom line, Kurumu loves the curse, telling him all the things they could do with that handy thing under his belt.
I brought in Mizore early, Ranma kicking the teacher assaulting her in the face and laying him out. Yeah, she's stalking him. Ryoga shows up, which brings in Kuyo and that one spidergirl, who lose Ryoga after making him "cool off" in a fountain. Ryoga's tentatively playing nice for now, since he's trapped in a school full of monsters, especially those that like little black piglets... especially with butter and barbecue sauce.
Newspaper club, mostly because Ranma beat the crap out of everyone in the martial arts clubs, and think they're all too weak to give him a good workout. And everything else is just creepy as fuck. Standard Yukari and Gin fare, though he's out to prove himself to Moka, who's enamored with Ranma, but he doesn't notice.
And Ranma Punk'd him with the curse.
Happosai appears, stealing undergarments of various monsters. Ranma and the Newspaper Club manage to defeat him. Meanwhile, Ranma's been stomping all kinds of challengers, something he takes for granted.
After tricking Happosai, and watching him get beat up, he curses Ranma with Moxibustion.
Yeah,
that Moxibustion.
And tells
everyone Ranma's weak.
There's a lot of tension involved as Moka and the others hide Ranma as a girl and restore Ranma's strength. But they're even more worried with girls turning up missing, and Ranma with no strength. Some interesting development between Ranma and Kurumu during the slug story, which forces Ranma to stop whining and be more active.
And then comes Ms Ishigami. With a Ranma that CAN'T pull off the cross when he needs to.
But man, it'd just be quicker to post the outline.

Well, I could see Carmen taking an interest. If Ranma was a bit older. She sees the mess the boy is in, all the girls after him. And then the world's greatest thief decides to steal his heart.
Just for fun.
I would so read that one. I'd like to see how she'll pull it off. Because you know she can.
Man, Carmen Sandiego's one of my all-time favorite charaacters. Even managed to capture her once.
