Inb4 Klaus Wulfenbach is the biggest badass in fiction. Gil is good, but his pa is on another level entirely.

Gil's still a kid, he hasn't had a chance to really cultivate his badass side like his father has. My guess, such as it is, is that sometime in the future he'll have hit the same level... but that's still a ways away. Probably after the next confrontation with the Other, and then a subsequent confrontation with his father, he'll figure out what he needs to do to get himself to that point. He'll still need to take a few levels in Badass somewhere along the way to make it.

All this assumes he doesn't die, of course.

edit: It only gets worse if Klaus somehow dies in a non-chump fashion sometime before Gil reaches that point. Then Gil will never live up to the hype of the most badass dude in all of the universe, no matter how badass he gets. Always with the comparisons to his father....
