Don't know why... Masashi has demonstrated quite a bit of medical knowledge since Tsunade's arc. Since med-nins were going to be a thing, I assume he did a lot of research into medicine, as well as boned up on anatomy and physiology.

I'm thinking that's more of a stealth jab at the NaruSaku supporters, who consider anything and everything involving Naruto and Sakura to hold special romantic meaning that assured them they would be the OTP in the end. Yes, that does include her attempts to keep Naruto alive via heart massaging.

I'm going to guess she's trying to get on with just her own money, not Sasuke's family money.

Another possibility is that Sasuke never got his family money, being a kid before a ditching the village later.

...and Sakura likely didn't want help, since Naruto could just sign off the money from the village, or liquidate the Uchiha assets based on the land they possessed in the village since I'm pretty sure all the Bank books got destroyed in the Pein attack.
