Easy enough given the Crimson Gem is a magical item so maybe Kyuubis chakra messed with the size growing ability of it. Naruto may even retain his speed which mean youy have a Gai style nightmare on your hand if the Chunnin final exam is any indication.

I do see Sasuke being jealous as all get out and trying to figure out how he is doing it. As for gettting his mits on it. He buys a small chest in Wave country bas a souvenier....

It could have been a result of the necklace, but I don't think he has it yet in the picture. Tsunade acts kinda like a Juggernaut, maybe have the effect being semi permanent on her and Naruto is getting the abilities as well, once he wears the necklace long enough it will be permanent for him too.

Anyhow ...Naruto will be a true juggernaught...the only attacks that woul work on him would be psionic, chakra scalpwels and Jyuuken...Kyuubi can help with the last two ....Bloody fox would probobly dance a jig if he could Naruto will be able to abvsorb unholy amounts of damage and there is prescious little that can stop hom.

Note that the Ruby of Cyttorak has been shown to give different powers to different people in the comics, so Naruto wouldn't technically have to get huge and muscley to still have the other powers.
