That is Ino. It's a filler segment where Ino was Masquerading as this guy's Bride because she and the real Bride look very similar.

Only difference is the real Bride decided to have her cake and eat it too, to the 25th power, and became a bloated hog of her former sexy self. Which was cool, in the end, because the 'Groom' was a fat ass Elvis wannabe who disliked Ino because she was too skinny.
