That's the point, all the scorn I see is directed at Nick, and pretty much none at Hawk even though his lack of presence as, you know, the sole admin of this board is what caused this whole mess in the first place.
What I am saying is, either rag on them both or rag on neither. Doing anything else feels like you're giving a Get Out Of The Doghouse Free card to hawk just because, even though he done goofed up as well. Not in the same way Nick did, but just as badly IMHO.

No one is being a hypocrite. We're just smart enough to NOT trashtalk the only person who, if he comes back and reads anything, could ban us.
I also don't have to hate hawk while hating Nick.
Nick is a retard, Hawk abandoned the forum. That sure as hell isnt cool, but I don't have to talk about Hawk while hating on Nick. Its not a fucking requirement.

Hawk also apparently decides he doesn't give enough of a fuck about the forum to post that one new fanfic he wrote here. That's not the action of someone who actually gives a crap. And if he comes back and starts banning people for being understandably pissed that he basically abandoned the forum, then that'd be pretty low of him. I like to think he's better than that and would realize WHY people are pissed.
It's not talking crap when someone has REASON to rag on someone else for not doing something they are supposed to.
But again, all I see whenever Hawk is brought up is asskissing, even now that he's made it more or less clear he can't muster up enough of a shit for the forum to even upload a recently written fic of his, and his 'solution' to the moderation issues was to just lock the forum, which is a lot like locking the door after thieves robbed the house.
About the only way I could change my mind at this point is if he comes back and starts acting as the admin again. Then my complaints would be gone. Until then, I feel entitled to complain, because frankly, it was HIS choice not to leave any mods behind. At the point we are at now, one mod would be better than no mod. It'd help put people like Nick in place, too. But nooo... better abandon the whole thing and go basically dead for months.

And I still have choice words for the lot of you for going and putting up a TvTropes link to TFF back when. This is a goddamn unmoderated forum, what kind of people did you expect to pop up? Consider yourselves lucky we didn't get a flod of scriptkiddies, hackers and pedos looking for an unmoderated safe haven. That was dumb, but apparently I was the only one seeing how fucking dumb an idea it was. Fortunately all we got was noobs who never post, but that's hardly an excuse. That could've fucked TFF over just as bad as Nick could have, and yet I saw nothing but brainless enthusiasm for the idea.

Hawk is an incompetent, blithering moron and an arrogant racist to boot, but he's also a non-entity - as far as TFF is concerned nowadays he might as well not even exist. Failfaggot, on the other hand, is not only a blithering moron, he's a blithering moron who tried to get the entire forum deleted because "I should be Admin!"
