so, after reading the spoilers, i suppose i'm NOT the only one who wants to pluck out their own eyebals, wash them in bleach, fill them with acid and then throw them in the general direction of J.K. Rowling like morbid water-ballons of death?

They're mostly all inconsequential deaths. I mean, really there are like three main characters up there.

I knew it. I knew when I saw how badly she'd mangled everything in HBP that the one thing I could be certain of when book 7 came out was that it would suck even worse than the last, but BOY did she surpass my worst expectations!

Yes, I've read parts, enough to confirm the spoilers at least. Dang! But if she doesn't have a gift for making the worst fanfiction look good. Now if you'll excuse me I think I have a cockroach bath waiting...

From the looks of it I'll probably never read that book, it's probably a case where the movie will be better than the book. untill then and probably after I thinks that i'll just ignore the seventh book like i do the six.

though I'm guessing from the spoilers that Snape redeems himself somehow, that in it's self irritates me to no end.

Hum... Yes, i read the epilogue two days ago, and i was really pissed.

Of course, it was just he episode, and i have since heard that the beginning is much better than hbp or ootp (the two more horrible books of the series).

So there is some hope yet!!

Well, it wasn't as bad as I expected it to be... a bit cliche fanom-wise... and convinient pairings since Rowling doesn't seem to be able to write good romance...
It could have been much worse.
btw if it's real, then pridefall's spoilers are at least partialy false, since there is a Lupin kid in Hogwatch. That means less than 17 years old, so Lupin was alive 2 years after Voldie's end... probably Tonks too

Monday Scholastic said nothing had been leaked. Then last night new leaked pages and a different TOC and Epilogue were released and today they now report a fake book and real pages being leaked.

Book publisher Scholastic Corp., which said it has found both leaked pages and faked copies online, has obtained a subpoena to find out who posted sections of the book.
