Opening
Y'know, Sara, sometimes, I get out in space, and I wonder...what the hell is out here? I mean, it's called "outer space", but it's so far out here that there's really nothing around...
Tom, you DO realize that our guests have arrived?
Ah, there they are. Well, since space is big and lonely, I'll have them fill it up.
Understand, space cadets? TOO BAD, get to work!
Note: Yes, the topic is early. I was bored. You've got extra time. Everyone wins!
Ah, and if you'd like an example, there's Gyakuten MECHA, which is Phoenix Wright in space. Yes, really.
EDIT: Gah, I forgot. I'm looking for judges. Please post if interested.

Space is the final frontier, the ultimate playground for fantasy.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to write a story, setting one canon...IN SPACE (giant robots optional).
Take a fantasy or realistic series, and make it sci-fi.á Black Lagoon with laser guns, Lord of the Rings as a space opera, you name it.
Series that are already set in space (Gundam, Star Trek, etc.) are disqualified from entry, but shows like Gankutsuou (which are pre-existing regular stories set in space) are okay.
