The 'saving' grace for the rule breakers is the fact that Hawk is busy (and yes, 'busy' includes reading fanfiction and playing WoW. Since he's busy doing that, instead of running TFF). And so isn't on here enough to simply go on a banhammer surge.

That being said, if he does find the time to sit down and scan the forum, believe me that banhammer will be coming down hard. People love to say this is a democracy. It's not. It's a dictatorship with Hawk as the leader. People just been lucky that, besides Hawk being a benevolent dictator, he's also a busy one. But even Hawk has his limits. <_<

I doubt Hawk would do that (he seems like a pretty laid back and nice guy), and really, what would the point be? The number of people who actually do shit that would warrant a ban is relatively small, and mass banning would probably cause more more work (people bitching, most likely) than anything else.


Possible? maybe. Paranoid? I don't know.

Thinking Hawk is readying a mass banning is paranoia. Hawk might/will eventually enforce the rules. And if you did do something wrong, you might be worried of getting a 'warning'. But only after he goes through the forum. That is going to take an ass load of time that Hawk has yet to spend here. I mean he isn't going to punish people unless they truly did break the rules. Yes, he's a laid back guy. After all, simply not being here most of the time tells a lot. :lol:

But when he enforces the rules, he enforces the rule.

Yeah. Well the problem still remains, Hawk is a busy guy. And a guy that doesn't exactly take fondly to having anyone else with moderator powers. After all, if the moderator he chooses turns out to be a bastard, the forum would go downhill in an entirely different route.

Not that he himself has done well in that field given how little he's been on the forum. Still, there is a reason why he choose not to give anyone else mod powers.

And I'm not sure if he could give another person with 'just grant lemon access' powers. I don't know how this type of forum works, so I don't know what the mechanisms are like.

I have a Winx Club InvisonFree forum now.

In order for someone to grant Lemon Forum access on this forum they would have to alter which permission mask a member has.

And to do that they would have to have access to the Admin Control Panel, and I don't know about Hawk, but I would never/never/ever let anyone but me have access to that panel now since it controls everything.
