Okay, I have this weird theory that the story will be so f@@@ed up and serious that it's not funny anymore. My theory on those pages.
The innocent universe is not an alternate universe, it was all an elaborate dream, it happened during the Vivid timeline when Jail successfully escaped with the help of Uno, Tre, and Quatro. The Aces were called in by the authorities to apprehend the criminals.
The aces were sent to their mission in deep space. A few days later, communications with the Aces were cut off, and a patrol ship found the ship that the Aces boarded, empty. The TSAB began their investigation on their mysterious disappearance.
Weeks later, after the mysterious disappearance of the Aces, there was an increase amount of cases of people falling asleep and not waking up. Investigations were made and progress on the case was stagnant, the cause of the phenomenon was unknown.
A month later, when 99% of the worlds' population went to sleep. An video message was sent to Yuuno, and his subordinates, the professional librarian Vivio and the Rookie, Einhald. The truth behind the disapperance of the Aces and the Morpheus phenomenon was being told.
In action, the Aces were ambushed and captured by the scientist, Jail. The aces were subjected to an experiment, they were forcefully put to sleep and was "reborn" in a shared dream world created by Jail with the help of his technology and the stolen and hacked Book of the night sky. The Aces' reality had been rewritten and altered. And their unfulfilled wishes from their true reality manifested in the dream. In Fate's case; A loving mother and her older sister. Hayate; Reinforce and the wolkenritter. Subaru; her mom and her other family members. And Nanoha; ........... ..... .......Darn, well nothing special about her, so carry on.
The memories of their true reality was either displaced or erased, and remnants of it is placed in a game called Brave Duel. The Aces sleep in comfort, trapped in a dream they might never wake up from ever again. With the experiment successful, Jail and his cohorts discretly entered the magic formula in the Infinity Library's MAIN frame, dubbed as the "memories of the universe" by Chrono.
For his own entertainment, Jail challenged Yuuno for the true ownership of the Infinity Library.
For the challenger to win, the challenger should gather thirteen jewelseeds, encrypted with the cure formula. Seven located in the dream world, seven in the real world and one jewelseed with Jail. All the jewelseeds must be activated at the same time in both worlds for the cure formula to work. Failure to finish the challenge in one week will result to the challenger's defeat and the Morpheus effect will resume to affect the remaining 1%.
With the challenge on, Yuuno, Vivio, and Einhald teamed up, and together, they will defeat the mad scientist and save the worlds.

Alicia and Arisa looked scared shitless, Fate and Suzuka seems bewildered/confused, and Nanoha excited. You see everyone's expression on page 13, and page 12 you only see Nanoha/Arisa/Alicia.
The sweatdrop on Fate and Suzuka is usually used to signify a character reacting to something stupid that just had happened or been said. Plus they don't look like a scared expressions to me. Arisa also appears to be more concerned about being hungry than anything, so it's hard to say if she's scared or just "God, I can't go another match without eating first...)
