My Theory is Jail is one of the co-creators of Brave Duel, along with Prof. Grantz, Prof Grantz is good guy Jail after all. Jail is probably evil in a comedic sense, and serves more as a rival to Prof Grantz.

I also can't picture Uno, Tre and Sette playing brave duel, Quattro on the other hand...

Would probably be more appropriate if Uno, Due, Tre, and Quattro were all teenagers. Maybe an adult for Uno, but definitely teenagers for the rest (because then Nanya can claim he did it first in Blood That Flows).

Also, teen!Tre needs a child!Sette following her around like a lost puppy.

Well, nobody said Jail can't have a hot smoking wife in Innocent. Precia got nicer didn't she? Maybe in this universe, Quint is Genya's daughter/sister.

Aside from the NTR factor, I like this simply because there's someone who probably keeps Jail from going evil mad scientist and messing with Prof. Grantz.

I bet the two of them are best buddies who developed the Brave Duel system. It'd be funny if they share the same relationship as Hayate and Dearche, with Jail being annoyed at his friend's various shenanigans.

Edit: Also I see unfamiliar names over there (Nino, Mitsuki, Shina and Nanao), might that be Due, Tre, Quattro and Sette by any chance? I can't read the first name but I bet that's Uno.
