I might find such a reason silly, but it doesn't spite me. And I never told you to leave, I said it was a viable option if you're that displeased with the franchise.

They don't get much more vocal then you. The series panders to the majority, the group of people that makes them the most money. And even then, I don't think it panders nearly as much as you're lead to believe.

I tried digging up Nanya's "debates" with him/her/it once, but it was so long ago, I now consider it urban legend, if only Nanya didn't exist to tell me otherwise.
BTW, Innocent is probably the only one that blatantly ships NanoFate, so much that the other characters are getting sick of it. It's hilarious in my opinion, thus adding to the other funny stuff that happens there.

Would it really be believable if a complete rookie won against Japan's #1? Even if Nanoha improves in an astonishing rate, Stern still has the experience. it wouldn't be too surprising if Nanoha got taken out in one shot.
Hell, Vivio lost very early in the tournament, simply on the grounds that Miura was trained by the Wolkenritter, compared to Nove, who is essentially Zafira's student.

Yeah but a total noob vs. #1 at the game...There are limits. Even if Nanoha were a prodigy, Stern is probably one too. One that is far more experienced than Nanoha. And even though she has a lot of firepower she seems to be doing a lot of amateurish things (like draining all of her energy with one big attack).
