Ok I'm almost 97% sure that Sakura is Sarada's mother, Kishimoto is just trolling us, don't have problems with Naruto sending clones to play with his son, at 12 something a son doesn't need or want a father 24/7. Hell If I was Naruto I've had clones all around Konoha getting personal with work and talking with friends and only going personally to the most important things.
I'm not going to jump the call just yet with Sasuke, guy is an asshole (and I would've prefered that Naruto just would put a hole in his chest) but Kishimoto will handwave his issues, again. And just maybe the guy have good reasons to do whatever he is doing.
And now I have a confession, I'm an horrible human being, my eyes see Sarada and my toughts immediately go: "You know when she'll grow up, she will have a lot of daddy issues... and she seems to be in good terms with Naruto... And Naruto kinda had this obsession with her mom... and her dad now that I think about it".
Also I cannot stop thinking that Naruto and Shizune are having an affair in the office. I blame all the harem fics and doujinshis I've read

Doesn't mean I think Hinata and Naruto's marriage will fall, just that they have the potential to be a kinky pair, I don't know gangbang, voyeur, female clones, tentacles, paralisis if Hinata has dominatrix tendencies, doesn't Naruto have the souls of the demons still? so multiple partners beside clones or Naruto leting Kurama in the action, that kind of things

Apparently Shikamaru doesn't let Naruto do this. Splitting his attention\energies or something.

I both love and hate this chapter. I hate it because I liked Sakura as a character. She had her problems, sure, but overall I thought she was a positive presence in the manga. And the possibility that she's a female cuckold is pretty sad.
On the other hand, the possibility that there's a female cuckold in a children's manga, and all the salty tears this will generate from another pairing fandom is almost too good to pass up. So I love it anyways.
