Or did I get it wrong and she won? Just unertain because Sayuri is number one in the harem but that doesn't mean have to mean that she is number one in affection or anywhere near the top.

A funny thought I had was that this could branch off into another timeline different from Silver Key! Naruto.

That is an extremely entertaining thought. I mean, like Daneel said the possibilities are endless in SayuMayu. So who knows, maybe things will end differently for the Higashiyama and Uzumaki.

Great job Daneel. I enjoyed it while it lasted.

First Naruto... now Naruto Genkyouien... everything is ending... why Daneel why T_T.

The journey might be over but damn if it wasn't one worth taking.

And so it ends. A hell of a ride.

...Not to sound demanding, or anything, but this means there's more time to work on Babylon, right?

Tobe honest, I would love for Daneel to start something new instead of finishing that story next no matter how much I love it.

Anyways, it was delight to read this story Daneel. You made some really fun characters andcreated a harem situation that for once I would be fine with though I guess I was also fine with Takato and his three wives. ^_^

so a story comes to an end, and what end it is, like the bard says each ending is just a begining and every storygives birth to many others.
wether we'll know what happens after? who knows, but wehave enjoyed the ride and the journey of the boy who has promised to surpass everything to protect his princesses.

Mr. Rush you have my eternal gratitude for being part of the crowd listening and reading and enjoying the tale you've woven for us, i sincerely hope that there is a sequel, but for now? for now i feel that this story his complete and has brought closure to your characters.

Thank you for these wonderful years.

When do you think you'll have all this up on fanfiction.net, Daneel? I'm looking forward to re-reading this beast.

I am at the same time happy and sad that this chapter of SayuMayu story has ended.

Yuri and Naruto sniping at each other is amusing as always, loved the other interactions as well.

Now I actually want to see a scene of Naruto and Yurie acting thick as thieves in some shenanigans.

Absolutely loving the fact that even when Sayuri becomes something even further removed from regular kyuubi existence she still holds affection and love for Naruto and her daughter.

Thank you Daneel.
For your years of hard work, and dedication to a wonderful story.
At least you gave us a better ending than Kishimoto.

My congratulations, Daneel Rush.

It was an incredible ride, though I only got on the bandwagon recently. (If we discount a further ~3 years following you through fanfiction.net instead of this forum.)

I truly hope that you give us more such works, whether it be sequels or a new story. And if not, may your time of resting and relaxing be fulfilling.

Wow. this ended. I never actually thought that this would end. The longest month ever written in fanfiction finally ended.

I feel so happy and so sad at the same time. Thank you.

Thank you for all the work during these years. This is one of the funniest stories I have ever read, while also being one of the more emotional anddramatic stories I have read. And I'm talking about stories not just fanfiction. If you ever become a profesional writer, and supposing that I know of you gaing pro and what penname you use, I will buy whatever you write because even the most absurd premise becomes gold in your hands. You already showed us, you are great.

And you created Yuria too, which makes you awesome, at least as awesome as her, which is a lot. I'll miss her.

Thank you for this story.

Also, as someone who also frequents Beast Lair, loves your vitaxshirou route(and everything else you wrote there, but your vitaxshirou specially), your triple crossover and is waiting for updates of anything wrote by you; Let me say this again, you are and awesome writer, everything you write is pure gold.

Who is awesome? Yeah Daneel is awesome!!!

That ending...It was just perfect.

Honestly stuck on what to say, the first harem I have no complaints about. I honestly loved every step of this story, and finding it on TFF was even better. Hard to believe it's over, but I can't wait to see what you do next, ganbatte Daneel!

Thx to one mr. Daneel Rush. for this and those others enjoyable reads. <3

<3 especially to that future Sayuri 'ending'. I miss her ... 'maiden-in-love' indeed.

Someday, ... i'm gonna read Naruto. Too. :D

As I feel that this is completely worth it, I end my lurker status to do this.

Thank you for this story Daneel, this glimpse into a world that I am sure many of us wish to see more of. I do hope that you continue writing, even if it does not relate to Project SayuMayu.

Again, thank you for this chance to see a story that I am sure most of us would never start to realize we wanted until it was here.

For me, this all started with Fuujinroku and a dab of Kairyokuranshin. Genkyouien was a wonderful surprise and has been a long and rewarding journey.

Truly good fanfiction is an absolute rarity. But I found it in your writings. I do agree that Genkyouien is a bit of a mess, what with so many plot options made available... but what a wonderfully satisfying mess it made!

Just by your writing alone, you have made my life just that little bit richer.

From the bottom of my heart - thank you.

Wishing you all the best.

Ans so it ended.
Thank you dearly, Daneel for such great work. This story was great, entertainig, incredibly satisfying and dare I say, sometimes a sole good mood bringer in my life.
I wish you best and again, thank you.

P.S. I have one question. Yuri technique "Artificial Samsara" that sacrifices 1 tail of power - what does it do? What is it purpose?

2014 really is the end of an era. Now to go reread this.

Kind of ironic how Genkyouien ended the same time as the manga did.

It's finally over. Congratulations Daneel. You created one hell of a story. Hopefully this is not the end of sayumayu. Maybe just the beginning. Whatever your choice is, I will continue to read your work. God bless, and may the wind be at your sails.

I'm going to ignore the last section until I get time to properly settle down and appreciate it. I'm posting because of a question: Is destruction filled with as many contradictions as the void? For example, if Sayako can 'annihilate the event that such and such was annihilated' with her Mushoku S****, then can future Sayuri 'annihilate the influence of destruction upon her mind'? Or failing that, annihilate the fact that 'delving into destruction will cause changes in Sayuri's mind'?

Sayuri already put it quite clearly (in the last scene, even), so I'm not even gonna bother.

Many thanks for your kind messages. It is weird to see how much such a weird story is appreciated.

I have no immediate plans to write fanfiction at the moment. There are, however, plenty of things I would like to write in the future besides the next installment of Sayumayu (tentative name: Naruto Moeyouden [萌妖伝]). I have some plans for original fiction which have stayed plans for quite a while, and I might try a number of short stories and one-shots. I would like to write more silliness in the Nanoha/Fate crossover thread over at Beast's Lair. I would LOVE to finish the Babylon trilogy and the GOSPEL wiki. I am working on a virtual board game for my and my friends' enjoyment now that it's getting harder to find time for D&D. I would like to build a simpler roleplaying ruleset we could use to replace D&D (or we could use the latest edition when it shapes up a bit more, I dunno). There's some scientific research I have procrastinated for way too long. I need to get a job.

So yes, lots of plans, not enough time. I'm glad I made it to my thirtieth birthday--there was a time I was told it would not happen--, but it also means I have to actually start planning my life a little beyond the short term. I guess we'll see.

On better news, I hope to start posting the next set of setting info to the Sayumayu webpage tomorrow. I think I'll start with the updated and expanded profiles of the Great Kitsune Clans we have met thus far: Kuromiya, Shionzaki, Nagashirakawa and Shinkirou. I think there's some real great stuff there (and some spoilers of upcoming events), so please do look forward to it.
